| Abstract: | Latvijā joprojām nozīmīga problēma no starptautisko tiesību viedokļa ir nepilsoņu tiesiskais statuss un to risināšanas iespējas nākotnē. Zinātniski izsvērti šo problēmu analizē Jānis Grasis. In Latvia, form an international law point of view, a very topical problem remains the legal status of non-citizens and ways of addressing the issue in the future. Scientifically elaborate approach to the problem analysis has been provided by Jānis Grasis. |
