Abstract: | Darba nosaukums: Vingrojumu efektivitāte sportistiem ar hroniskām muguras
low back pain” AND athlete OR sports OR players OR runners AND rehabilitation OR
exercise OR training. Sistemātiskajā literatūras apskatā tika iekļauti pētījumi, kuri publicēti
pēdējo 10 gadu laikā ( 2011 -2021), pieejami pilnā tekstā angļu valodā un atbilst iekļaušanas
un izslēgšanas kritērijiem. Pētījumu atlase notika pēc PRISMA shēmas. Iekļauto pētījumu
kvalitātes izvērtējums veikts pielietojot PEDro skalu.
Rezultāti: Sistemātiskajā literatūras apskatā tika iekļauti četri randomatizēti kontrolēti
pētījumi. Visi pētījumi atbilda labai pētījumu kvalitātei ( 6-7 punkti) pēc PEDro skalas. Tajos
noteikt, kura no vingrojumu metodēm būtu visefektīvākā.
mazs. Title: Effectiveness of exercise in athletes with chronic lower back pain: A systematic literature review. Objective: Research and compile available literature about effectiveness of different exercises in athletes with chronic lower back pain. Methods: Used databases - Science Direct, ProQuest SAGE, BMJ Journals, EBSCOhost and additional source - Google Scholar. Used key words - – “chronic low back pain” AND athlete OR sports OR players OR runners AND rehabilitation OR exercise OR training. In systematic literature review there were included studies, which were published in the last 10 years (2011-2021), fully available in English and correspond eligibility criteria. Study was performed according to PRISMA guidelines. Evaluation of the studies included using PEDro scale. Results: In systematic literature review there were included four randomized controlled trials. All studies corresponded to good quality ( 6-7 points) by PEDro scale. In included studies there were researched effectiveness of different exercises on pain intensity and sports performance on athletes with chronic lower back pain (CLBP). Each study used different, assessment tools and exercise methods. Although, in both Nambi et al., 2020 studies selection criteria for participants and assessment tools matched, which allowed to compare both studies results. Conclusion: In systematic literature review there were included four high class randomized controlled trials. In conclusion, exercise is effective in athletes with CLPB, to reduce pain intensity and improve sports performance, but due to the diversity of the studies included, it is difficult to determinate which of the exercises methods is the most effective. Two of the studied exercise methods in long term shows a statistically significant reduction in pain intensity and improvement in sports performance. It is necessary to continue studies about effectiveness of exercise in athletes with CLBP, because it is an ongoing problem among athletes, but number of available studies in this field is low. |
