Kopsavilkums
The title of the Bachelor paper: Covid-19 and malnutrition: systematic review. The problem of this theme: 2019 coronavirus disease (Covid-19) caused by SARS-CoV-2 and the biggest public health problem in the world. Malnutrition causes diverse changes in the immune system by repressing immune responses and enhancing viral vulnerability. The goal of this paper: Collect and analyze available studies on the association of Covid-19 disease in adult patients with malnutrition. Research methods: Research design is a systematic review of literature. ProQuest, ScienceDirect, British medicine journals, PubMed, and other scientific databases were used to search for data. Search merged and featured in PRISMA schema. The results: The literature review included 3 studies that met all inclusion criteria. Studies analyzed the effects of Covid-19 disease with or risk of malnutrition.
