Abstract: Bakalaura darba tēma- “Piederīgo gatavība iesaistei insulta pacientu aprūpē pēc stacionārā ārstēšanas etapa”. Insults ir nopietna saslimšana, kas ietekmē cilvēku dzīves kvalitāti: problēmas ar atmiņu un loģisko domāšanu, kustību koordinācijas traucējumi. Cilvēks, kurš ir pārcietis insultu, bieži izjūt ne tikai fiziskās, bet arī psihoemocionālās sekas, daudziem insulta pacientiem var būt dzīves noliegums, depresija un nevēlēšanās līdzdarboties. Piederīgie, kas uzņemas atbildību par insulta pacientu aprūpi, var saskarties ar daudzām problēmām- psihoemocionālām, finansiālām un arī veselības problēmām. Pētījuma mērķis: Noskaidrot piederīgo gatavību iesaistei insulta pacientu aprūpe pēc stacionārā ārstēšanas etapa. Pētījuma hipotēze: Piederīgie nav pietiekami gatavi iesaistei insulta pacientu aprūpē pēc stacionārā ārstēšanas etapa. Metode: Kvantitatīva pētījuma metode, aprakstošs šķērsgriezuma pētījums. Instrumentārijs: Anketa par respondentu demogrāfiskiem datiem un PATH-s aptauja (Lutz et al., 2018). Dalībnieki: Kopumā pētījumā piedalījās 103 respondenti, no tiem 78 sievietes (75.7%) un 25 vīrieši (24.3%). Respondentu vecums svārstījās no 29 līdz 72 gadiem (vidējais vecums M=53.32 , SD=14.39). Rezultāti: 1) Analizējot respondentu kopējo punktu skaitu, rezultāti parādīja, ka respondenti vairāk nebija gatavi aprūpēt insultu pārcietušos cilvēkus. No kopēja respondentu skaita (n=103) , 76 respondenti nebija gatavi piedalīties iesaistei insulta pacientu aprūpē, un tikai 27 respondenti bija gatavi; 2) Insultu pārcietušo piederīgiem ir dažādas vajadzības saistībā ar aprūpi. Sadalot respondentu vajadzības dažādās jomās, visbiežāk respondenti minēja tieši finansiālās problēmas un tās ietekmi uz turpmāko aprūpi; Atslēgvārdi: insults, piederīgie, gatavība, aprūpe, komplikācijas, ietekmējošie faktori, stress.
The topic of the bachelor thesis is "The readiness of relatives to engage in the care of stoke patients after the inpatient treatment". Stroke is a very insidious disease that affect people’s quality of life by affecting memory, logical thinking, impaired coordination of movements. Stroke survivors often experience not only physical, but also psycho-emotional consequences, most of stroke survivors go though denial, depression, and might be uncooperative. Those who take responsibility for the care of stroke patients can face many challenges - psycho-emotional, financial and health problems. Aim: To determine the readiness of relatives to be involved in the care of stroke patients after in the inpatient phase. Hypothesis: Relatives are not sufficiently prepared for involvement in stroke care after the inpatient phase. Method: Quantitative research method, descriptive cross-sectional design. Instruments: Questionnaire on demographic date of respondents and PATH-s questionnaire (Lutz et al., 2018). Participants: In total, 103 respondents participated in the survey, of which 78 women (75.7%) and 25 men (24.3%) aged 29 to 72 years (mean age M=53.32 , SD=14.39). Results: 1) When analysing the total score of respondents, the results showed that respondents were more unwilling to care for people who have had a stroke. Out of the total number of respondents (n=103) , 76 respondents were not ready to be involved in stroke care and only 27 respondents were ready; 2) Stroke survivors' relatives have different care needs. When breaking down the needs of respondents into different areas, the most frequently mentioned was financial problems and its impact on future care; Keywords: stroke, relatives, preparedness, caregiving, complications, influencing factors, stress.
