Pacientes apmierinātība par informatīvo pēcdzemdību aprūpes atbalstu stacionārā pirmdzemdētājām un atkārtoti dzemdējušām sievietēm

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Pacientes apmierinātība par informatīvo pēcdzemdību aprūpes atbalstu stacionārā pirmdzemdētājām un atkārtoti dzemdējušām sievietēm”. Bakalaura darba tēmas aktualitāte - sievietes dzīves kvalitāte samazinās grūtniecības laikā un pēcdzemdību periodā saistīto fizisko, seksuālo, garīgo un emocionālo pārmaiņu dēļ, tāpēc ļoti svarīgi ir nodrošināt augstas kvalitātes pēcdzemdību aprūpi, ņemot vērā sievietes fizisko, emocionālo un garīgo stāvokli, ko veic veselības aprūpes speciālisti, īpaši vecmātes (WHO, 2014). Bakalaura darba pētījuma mērķis – noskaidrot pacientu apmierinātību par informatīvo pēcdzemdību aprūpes atbalstu stacionārā. Bakalaura darba uzdevumi: 1. Apkopot sieviešu apmierinātību par speciālistu sniegto atbalstu pēcdzemdību periodā stacionārā. 2. Salīdzināt pirmdzemdētāju un atkārtotu dzemdētāju apmierinātību par sniegto atbalstu pēcdzemdību periodā stacionārā. Bakalaura darba hipotēze - sievietes, kuras dzemdē atkārtoti, ir ar zemāku apmierinātības līmeni ar stacionārā piedāvāto informācijas klāstu par pēcdzemdību perioda fizioloģiskajām pārmaiņām, nekā sievietes, kuras dzemdē pirmo reizi. Autores veiktais pētījums izceļ veselības aprūpes speciālistu svarīgo lomu, parādot, ka viņi var uzlabot sieviešu pēcdzemdību apmierinātību, pavadot laiku kopā ar sievietēm, sniedzot norādījumus par savu un jaundzimušā aprūpi. Bakalaura darbs uzrakstīts uz 40 lpp, tas ietver 30 tabulas, 2 attēlus, darbā izmantoti 58 literatūras avoti, pievienoti 2 pielikumi

The theme of the bachelor's thesis is „Patient satisfaction for informational post-natal support in hospital from nulliparous and multiparous mothers point of view”. Topicality of the bachelor's thesis - a woman's quality of life decreases during pregnancy and the postpartum period due to physical, sexual, mental and emotional changes, so it is very important to provide high quality postpartum care, taking into account the woman's physical, emotional and mental condition, especially midwives (WHO, 2014). The aim of the bachelor's thesis research is to find out patients' satisfaction with informative postpartum care support in hospital. Tasks of the bachelor's thesis: 1. Summarize women's satisfaction with the support provided by specialists in the postpartum period in the hospital. 2. To compare the satisfaction of prenatal and repeat mothers with the provided support in the postpartum period in the hospital. Hypothesis of the bachelor's thesis - women who give birth again have a lower level of satisfaction with the range of information offered in the hospital about the physiological changes in the postpartum period than women who give birth for the first time. The author's study highlights the important role of health professionals in showing that they can improve women's postnatal satisfaction by spending time with women providing guidance on newborn care and breastfeeding. The bachelor's thesis is written on 40 pages, it includes 30 tables, 2 figures, are used 58 references, 2 appendices are added.
