Senioru attieksme par vakcināciju pret SARS-Cov-2

Abstract

ANOTĀCIJA SARS-CoV-2 vakcinācija senioru vecumā ir ļoti svarīga, lai pasargātu vecāka gadagāju-ma cilvēkus no nopietnas saslimšanas un komplikācijām. Ir vairāki faktori, kas ietekmē senio-rus vakcinēties vai tieši otrādi, vilcināšanos ar vakcīnu jeb nevēlēšanos vai atteikšanos vakcinēties, neskatoties uz pieejamiem vakcīnas pakalpojumiem. Ir nepiciešams nosakidrot kādi ir senioru ietekmējošie faktori un attieksme pret SARS-CoV-2 vakcināciju, jo vislielākais risks smagi saslimt ar Covid-19 ir cilvēkiem, kuri ir vecāki par 60 gadiem un kuriem ir hro-niskas saslimšanas. Tāpēc ir ļoti svarīgi noskaidrot kāda ir senioru attieksme pret SARS-CoV-2 vakcināciju un kādi ir tie ietekmējošie faktori kā dēļ seniori vakcinējas vai tieši otrādi to nevēlas darīt. Bakalaura darba mērķis: Noskaidrot vakcinēto un nevakcinēto senioru attieksmi un to ie-tekmējošos faktorus par vakcināciju pret SARS-Cov-2. Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi, darbā tika izmantots Kvantitatīvs pētījuma dizains, neeksperimentāls šķērsgriezuma salīdzinošs pētījums-vienreizēja respondentu anketēšana. Pētījuma hipotēze: Vakcinēto un nevakcinēto senioru attieksme un to ietekmējošie faktori par vakcināciju pret SARS-CoV-2 atšķiras. Analizējot galvenos pētījuma rezultātus par ietekmējošiem faktoriem kāpēc seniori ir vakcinējušies, noskaidrojām, ka tie ir Covid-19 sertifikāta saņemšana, draugu un paziņu vakcinācijas ietekmēšana un iespēja izvēlēties vakcīnas ražotāju. Kopumā senioru attieksme pret Covid-19 vakcināciju ir pozitīva. Analizējot galvenos pētījuma rezultātus par ietekmējošiem faktoriem kāpēc seniori negrib vakcinēties, noskaidrojām, ka tie ir senioru neuzticēšanās vakcinācijai, vakcinācijas drošumam un ārstu ekpsertu teiktajam. Nevakcinēto senioru vidū kopumā attieksme pret Covid-19 vakcināciju ir negatīva. Darba apjoms: 65 lpp, 15 attēli, 3 tabulas, 57 literatūras avoti, 8 pielikumi. ANNOTATION SARS-CoV-2 vaccination in the elderly is very important to protect the elderly from se-rious illness and complications. There are a number of factors that influence seniors to be vac-cinated or, conversely, delay or refusal to vaccinate, despite the availability of vaccine ser-vices. It is necessary to determine the factors influencing the treatment of SARS-CoV-2 in seniors, as people over 60 years of age with the highest risk of developing Covid-19 are at high risk. Therefore, it is very important to find out what is the attitude of seniors towards SARS-CoV-2 vaccination and what are the influencing factors that make seniors vaccinate or do not want to do so. Aim of the bachelor's thesis: To find out the attitude of vaccinated and unvaccinated seniors and the factors influencing them about vaccination against SARS-Cov-2. In order to achieve the aim of the work, Quantitative research design, non-experimental cross-sectional comparative research - one-time survey of respondents was used in the work. Study hypothesis: The attitudes of vaccinated and non-vaccinated seniors and the fac-tors influencing them for SARS-CoV-2 vaccination are different. Analyzing the main results of the study on the factors influencing why seniors have been vaccinated, we found that they are receiving Covid-19 certification, influencing the vac-cination of friends and acquaintances, and the opportunity to choose a vaccine manufacturer. Overall, seniors have a positive attitude towards Covid-19 vaccination. Analyzing the main results of the study on the influencing factors why seniors do not want to be vaccinated, we found that they are distrust of seniors for vaccination, the safety of vaccination and what the medical experts say. Among non-vaccinated seniors, attitudes to-wards Covid-19 vaccination are generally negative. Thesis consists of: 65 pages, 15 figures, 3 tables, 57 references, 8 appendices.
