Prospektīvās un retrospektīvās atmiņas saistība ar vientulības izjūtu pieaugušā vecumā no 18 gadiem.

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis bija izpētīt prospektīvās un retrospektīvās atmiņas saistību ar vientulības izjūtu pieaugušā vecumā no 18 gadiem. Tika izvirzīti trīs pētnieciskie uzdevumi un trīs pētījuma jautājumi ar mērķi noskaidrot, vai pastāv saistība starp prospektīvo un retrospektīvo atmiņu un vientulības izjūtu pieaugušā vecumā no 18 gadiem, vai vientulības izjūta ļauj prognozēt prospektīvo un retrospektīvo atmiņu, vai pastāv saistība starp prospektīvo un retrospektīvo atmiņu un vientulības izjūtu, kontrolējot vecumu. Pētījumā piedalījās 156 respondenti, 12% vīrieši un 78% sievietes, vecumā no 18 līdz 78 gadiem (M = 28,6, SD = 11,2). Respondentam bija jābūt sasniegušam 18 gadus, ar dzimto valodu – latviešu, bez pašziņotām neiroloģiskām saslimšanām, pēdējā gada laikā nedrīkstēja būt bijusi galvas trauma vai insults. Dati tika ievākti laika posmā no 2022. gada 1. marta līdz 2022. gada 5. aprīlim SAM 8.2.3. projekta «Pārvaldības procesu pilnveide un studiju programmu satura modernizācija Rīgas Stradiņa universitātē» (Nr.8.2.3.0/18/A011) vertikāli integrētā projekta «Psiholoģiskā palīdzība un pašpalīdzība» ietvaros. Šajā pētījumā tika izmantoti divi instrumenti – Prospektīvās un retrospektīvās atmiņas aptauja (Prospective and Retrospective Memory Questionnare (PRMQ), Smith et al., 2000, adaptāciju latviešu valodā veica Šneidere, 2020) un UCLA Vientulības skala (UCLA Loneliness Scale, Version 3, Russell, 1996, adaptācija latviešu valodā veica Zariņa, 2022).

Iegūtie rezultāti uzrādīja statistiski nozīmīgu vāju, pozitīvu korelāciju starp prospektīvo atmiņu un vientulības izjūtu (rs= 0,29, p< 0,01) un statistiski nozīmīgu vidēji ciešu, pozitīvu korelāciju starp retrospektīvo atmiņu un vientulības izjūtu (rs= 0,33, p< 0,01). Tika novērotas statistiski nozīmīgas, vidēji ciešas, pozitīvas korelācijas starp prospektīvās atmiņas apakšskalām “Aizmirst izdarīt” (rs = 0,31, p < 0,01) un “Aizmirst pateikto” (rs = 0,36, p < 0,01) un vientulības izjūtu, savukārt, statistiski nozīmīgas, vidēji ciešas, pozitīvas korelācijas tika novērotas arī starp retrospektīvās atmiņas apakšskalām “Skatās uz jau redzēto, bet neatpazīst” (rs = 0,31, p < 0,01) un “Aizmirst teikto pirms brīža” (rs = 0,33, p < 0,01) un vientulības izjūtu. Tika secināts, ka vientulības izjūta ļauj izskaidrot 11% no prospektīvās atmiņas rādītājiem (R2 = 0,11, F(157) = 4,72, p = 0,01), savukārt, 12% no retrospektīvās atmiņas rādītājiem (R2 = 0,12, F(157) = 4,18, p = 0,01). Tika novērota statistiski nozīmīga vidēji cieša, pozitīva saistība starp prospektīvo atmiņu un vientulības izjūtu, kontrolējot vecumu (rparc = 0,32, p < 0,01**), savukārt, tika novērota statistiski nozīmīga vidēji cieša, pozitīva saistība starp retrospektīvo atmiņu un vientulības izjūtu, kontrolējot vecumu (rparc = 0,35, p < 0,01**). The aim of the study was to investigate the relationship between prospective and retrospective memory and the feeling of loneliness in adults over 18 years of age. Three research tasks and three research questions were asked to find out whether there is a relationship between prospective and retrospective memory and the feeling of loneliness in an adults over 18 years of age, whether a feeling of loneliness predicts prospective and retrospective memory, or whether there is a relationship between prospective and retrospective memory and feeling of loneliness in controlling age. The study involved 156 respondents, 12% men and 78% women, aged 18 to 78 years (M = 28.6, SD = 11.2). The respondent must have reached the age of 18, with no native trauma or stroke in his / her native language - Latvian, without self-reported neurological diseases, during the last year. Data were collected in the period from 1 March 2022 to 5 April 2022 within the framework of the vertically integrated project SAM 8.2.3. “Psychological Assistance and Self-Help” of the project “Improvement of Management Processes and Modernization of the Content of Study Programs at Riga Stradins University” (No. 8.2.3.0 / 18 / A011). Two tools were used in this study: the Prospective and Retrospective Memory Questionnaire (PRMQ), Smith et al., 2000, adapted in Latvian by Šneidere, 2020 and the UCLA Loneliness Scale, Version 3, Russell, 1996, adapted in Latvian by Zariņa, 2022. The results showed a statistically significant weak, positive correlation between prospective memory and feelings of loneliness (rs = 0.29, p <0.01) and a statistically significant moderately positive correlation between retrospective memory and feelings of loneliness (rs = 0.33, p <0.01). Statistically significant, moderately close, positive correlations were observed between the “Forget to do” subscales (rs = 0.31, p <0.01) and “Forget what you said” (rs = 0.36, p <0.01) and feeling of loneliness, while statistically significant, moderately close, positive correlations were also observed between the retrospective memory subscales “Looking at what is already seen but not recognizing” (rs = 0.31, p <0.01) and (rs = 0.33, p <0.01) and a feeling of loneliness. It was concluded that the feeling of loneliness explains 11% of the retrospective memory (R2 = 0.11, F(157) = 4.72, p = 0.01), while 12% of the retrospective memory (R2 = 0, 12, F(157) = 4.18, p = 0.01). A statistically significant moderately positive association between prospective memory and feelings of loneliness was observed in age control (rparc = 0.32, p <0.01 **), while a statistically significant moderately positive association between retrospective memory and loneliness was observed. feeling with age control (rparc = 0.35, p <0.01 **).
