Izglītojoša informācija un pieejamie pakalpojumi 2.tipa cukura diabēta pacientu līdzestības veicināšanā

Abstract

Veiksmīga 2.tipa cukura diabēta ārstniecība iespējama pacienta līdzestības gadījumā, kas pārsvarā balstīta uz pacienta un ārstniecības personu mijiedarbību izglītojošas informācijas sniegšanā. Pētījuma mērķis: Noskaidrot sakarību starp izglītojošo informāciju un pieejamiem pakalpojumiem 2.tipa cukura diabēta pacientiem līdzestības veicināšanai. Veikts kvantitatīvs, neeksperimentāls šķērsgriezuma, sakarību pētījums izmantojot autores izstrādātu anketu. Pētījuma izlase: 293 pilngadīgi 2.tipa CD pacienti. Pētījumā konstatēts, ka pastāv statistiski nozīmīga vidēji cieša sakarība starp pacientiem sniegto 2. tipa CD izglītojošo informāciju, tai skaitā arī informāciju par pieejamo ārstniecības pakalpojumu izmantošanas nepieciešamību un pacientu līdzestību. Bakalaura darbā iekļauti 14 attēli, 2 tabulas, izmantoti 38 literatūras avoti, 5 pielikumi. Darba apjoms bez pielikumiem ir 36 lapaspuses.

A successful treatment of type 2 diabetes is possible with a patients compliance, which generally is based on the patients and medical practitioner's interactions by providing an educational information. The aim of the research: To find out the connection between an educational information and available services in order to improve the compliance for type 2 diabetes patients. To complete the research is used quantitative, non experimental, cross section, relevance method by using the author's developed form. Selection of the research: 293 type 2 diabetes adult patients. The results of the research is sowing statisticly important, medium tight relevance between the given information for the type 2 diabetes patients including the given infor-mation about the necessity of using the available medical services and patients compliance. The bachelor's thesis contains 14 pictures , 2 tables, 38 used literature sources. The vo-lume of work without appendices is 36 pages.
