Māsu un māsu palīgu informētība par pacienta agresijas vadīšanas pamatprincipiem stacionārā

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis: noskaidrot māsu un māsu palīgu informētību pacienta agresijas vadīšanā stacionārā. Metode: pētījuma autora izstrādāts instruments ar informētības līmeņa vērtēšanas skalu. Atlases kritēriji: reģionālās slimnīcas X medicīnas darbinieks, strādā stacionārā, māsa, māsu palīgs. Rezultāti: 104 dalībnieki, no tiem 73 māsas, 31 māsu palīgs. Informētības līmenis māsu grupā “daļējs”, māsu palīgu grupā “neinformēts”. Vismazāk atpazīta emocionāla un seksuāla rakstura agresija. Nepieciešama padziļināta nozares un problēmas izpēte, izstrādājot apmācību programmas pacienta agresijas vadīšanā. Raksturojums: Izpētīta izpratne par agresijas atpazīstamību un deeskalāciju. Darbs satur: 34 lappuses, 4 tabulas, 17 attēlus, 50 literatūras avotus, 12 pielikumus.

The title of the research: Awareness of nurses and nursing assistants about the basic principles of patient aggression management in the hospital. The aim of the research: to determine the awareness of nurses and nursing assistants in the management of patient aggression in the hospital. Research method: the research tool developed by the author with an awareness level evaluation scale. Selection criteria: emploee of the Regional Hospital X, works with inpatients, nurse, nursing assistant. Results: 104 participants, including 73 nurses, 31 nursing assistants. Level of awareness in the group of nurses "partial", in the group of nursing assistants "not completely informed". Least recognized emotional and sexual aggression. In-depth research is needed regarding the problem in the industry to develop educational programms of the patient agression management.
