Abstract

Maģistra darba “Biznesa procesu efektivitātes paaugstināšana “Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB” Rīgas filiālē” mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz zinātniskās literatūras par biznesa procesu efektivitāti un empīrisko datu analīzi, analizēt “Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB” Rīgas filiāles biznesa procesus un izstrādāt jaunus biznesa procesu scenārijus to efektivitātes paaugstināšanai. Arvien vairāk uzņēmumu visā pasaulē nodarbina šobrīd aktuāls jautājums – kā organizēt procesu attīstību tā, lai palielinātu to kvalitāti un efektivitāti, kā arī reizē attīstītu organizācijai nepieciešamās spējas konkurētspējīgā tempā? Lean Six Sigma metodoloģija piedāvā veidu, kā paaugstināt uzņēmuma iekšējo procesu efektivitāti, reizē palielinot gan klientu apmierinātību, gan uzņēmuma peļņu. Katru gadu arvien vairāk uzņēmumu dažādos sektoros sāk adaptēt šo metodoloģiju, lai savu darbību padarītu efektīvāku, tajā skaitā arī “Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB” Rīgas filiāle, kura tieši pēdējā gada laikā ir likusi ārkārtīgi lielu uzsvaru uz nepārtraukto uzlabojumu ieviešanu ikdienas darbā. Maģistra darba izstrādē tika izmantota monogrāfiskā metode teorētisko atziņu analīzei, novērošanas metode procesu analīzei un to laika reģistrācijai, modelēšanas metode procesu modeļu izstrādei, aprēķinu konstruktīvā metode patērēto resursu un ieguvumu aprēķinam, kā arī diskriminantā analīze, lai pētītu atšķirības starp oriģinālo un alternatīvajiem procesu modeļiem. Darba ietvaros tika reģistrēti labdarības fondu darījumu komandā veiktie procesi un tiem patērētais laiks, lai noteiktu vislaikietilpīgāko procesu, kurš tika detalizēti analizēts, balstoties uz Lean Six Sigma metodoloģijas DMAIC metodi. Tika izstrādāti alternatīvi procesa uzlabojumi, analizēti to potenciālie ieguvumi un ieguldījumi, kā arī iespējamie riski, lai spētu objektīvi izvērtēt un noteikt ieviešamo uzlabojumu, balstoties uz izstrādāto ieviešanas plānu, kura rezultātā procesa laiks tiek samazināts par 80% jeb 109,2 stundām mēnesī. Balstoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem, tika izstrādāti priekšlikumi labdarības fondu darījumu komandai: Ieviest To-Be 2 procesa uzlabojumu saskaņā ar ieviešanas plānu (11 nedēļās) un veikt risku novēršanu/mazināšanu, realizējot preventīvās aktivitātes, rezultātā maksimāli paaugstinot procesa efektivitāti un samazinot darbinieku noslodzi sezonas laikā. Tāpat autore iesaka procesa uzlabojuma ieviešanas rezultātā ietaupīto darbinieku laiku novirzīt citu procesu analīzei un uzlabojumu izstrādei, tādējādi maksimāli paaugstinot komandā īstenoto procesu efektivitāti, kā arī nodrošinot iespēju pārņemt jaunus procesus bez papildus darbinieku nepieciešamības. Darbs sastāv no 73 lpp., 9 tabulām, 11 attēliem, 42 literatūras avotiem, un 6 pielikumiem.

The aim of the master's thesis "Increasing the efficiency of business processes in “Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB” Riga branch, is, based on the analysis of scientific literature, analyse business processes of “Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB” Riga branch and develop new business process scenarios to increase efficiency. An increasing number of companies around the world are currently facing question – how to organize the development of processes in such a way to increase quality and efficiency, as well as develop the capabilities needed by the organization at a competitive pace? Lean Six Sigma methodology offers ways to increase the efficiency of the company's processes, by increasing customer satisfaction and the company's profits. Every year, increased number of companies in various sectors adapt this methodology to make their operations more efficient, including “Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB” Riga branch, which in the last year has been placing great emphasis on implementing continuous improvements in daily work. In the master's thesis, following methods were used: a monographic method for the analysis of theoretical findings, an observation method for process analysis and time recording, a modelling method for process model development, a constructive calculation method for calculating consumed resources and benefits, as well as discriminant analysis to study differences between the original and alternative process models. Performed processes in the Foundations Services team were analysed and the time spent on them were recorded to determine the most time-consuming process, which was then analysed in detail based on the DMAIC method of the Lean Six Sigma methodology. Alternative process improvement scenarios were developed, their potential benefits and risks were analysed, to be able to objectively assess and determine the improvement to be implemented, based on the developed implementation plan. In result the process time is reduced by 80% or 109.2 hours per month. Based on the results of the research, proposals were developed for the Foundations Services team: to implement the To-Be 2 process improvement in accordance with the implementation plan (11 weeks) and to reduce risks by implementing preventive activities, maximizing process efficiency, and reducing workload during the season. The author also recommends that the time saved by the implementation of process improvement be directed to the analysis of other processes and development of improvements, thus maximizing the efficiency of the team’s processes, as well as providing the opportunity to take over new processes without the need for additional employees. The master’s thesis consists of 73 pages, 9 tables, 11 figures, 42 references and 6 appendices.
