Māsas profesijas izvēli motivējoši faktori

Abstract

Bakalaura darba “Māsas profesijas izvēli motivējoši faktori” mērķis ir noteikt motivējošos faktorus māsas profesijas izvēlē. Pētījuma galvenais uzdevums ir noskaidrot veicinošos motivācijas faktorus māsas profesijas izvēlē un salīdzināt tos starp vienas ārstniecības iestādes aprūpes nodaļām. Pētījuma metode – kvantitatīva. Pētījuma dizains: neeksperimentāls– šķērsgriezuma – salīdzinošs pētījums. Pētījumā piedalījās 70 vienas ārstniecības iestādes četru aprūpes nodaļu māsas, kas tika aptaujātas iegūstot pētījuma rezultātu. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 6 nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā apskatīts motivācijas jēdziens. Otrajā nodaļā aprakstīta māsas profesijas aizsākumi. Trešajā nodaļā ietverta informācija par māsas profesijas izvēli ietekmējošiem faktoriem. Ceturtajā nodaļā aprakstītas pētījumā izmantotās metodes. Piektajā un sestajā nodaļā ir bakalaura darba “Māsas profesijas izvēli motivējoši faktori” pētījuma rezultāti un to analīze. Pētījuma rezultātā salīdzinot motivējošos faktorus starp aprūpes nodaļām atšķirība vērojama starp trīs aprūpes nodaļām. Statistiski nozīmīga atšķirība vērojama vienā faktorā. Darbā izmantoti 22 literatūras avoti, no tiem 11 latviešu valodā un 11 angļu valodā. Iegūto datu apstrāde tika veikta MS excel un SPSS Statistics programmās.

The aim of the bachelor’s thesis “Motivating Factors for Choosing a Nursing Profession” is to define motivating factors for choosing a nursing profession. The main task of the research is to find out the motivating factors in choosing a nursing profession and to compare them among the care departments of one medical institution. Study method – quantitative. Study design: non-experimental - cross-sectional - comparative study. The study involved 70 nurses from four care departments of one medical institution, who were interviewed to obtain the results of the study. The Bachelor's thesis consists of 6 chapters. The first chapter deals with the concept of motivation. The second chapter describes the beginnings of the nursing profession. The third chapter contains information on the factors influencing the choice of nursing profession. The fourth chapter describes the research methods. The fifth and sixth chapter provide results and analysis of the Bachelor’s thesis “Motivating Factors of the choice of Nursing Profession”. The differences between the motivating factors of the study in the care department can be observed between the three departments. There is a statistically significant difference in one factor. 22 sources literature are used in the work, of which 11 in Latvian and 11 in English. The obtained data were processed in MS Excel and SPSS Statistics programs.
