Abstract
Maģistra darba tēma ir „Operāciju bloka un anestezioloģijas cilvēkresursu plānošana un pārvaldība”.
Darba mērķis ir izvērtēt operāciju bloka elektroniskā žurnāla datu atbilstību operāciju bloka efektivitātes un produktivitātes mērījumu izstrādei, un to pielietojumu cilvēkresursu plānošanā un pārvaldībā.
Darba pirmo un otro daļu veido literatūras apskats un ieskats veselības aprūpes un operāciju bloka produktivitātes un efektivitātes mērījumos, darba plānošanā un organizācijā un to ietekmējošos apstākļos.
Pētījuma praktiskajā daļā no pieejamajiem datiem izveidoti operāciju bloka darba noslodzi un produktivitāti raksturojoši indikatori. Aprēķināti indikatori diviem laika periodiem. Izveidotie indikatori un iegūtie rezultāti fokusa grupu diskusijas laikā analizēti ar slimnīcas vadības un ķirurgu grupu ekspertiem.
Pētījuma rezultātos tika noskaidrots, ka izmantojot esošos datus šobrīd ir iespējams izveidot 8 operāciju bloka darbu raksturojošus indikatorus, kurus tālākajā darbā var izmantot personāla plānošanas un pārvaldības nolūkiem.
Darba apjoms 88 lappuses, to veido 4 nodaļas.
Darbā izmantots 81 literatūras avots, 3 pielikumi, darbā iekļauti 7 attēli, veikti 10 secinājumi un izvirzīti 12 priekšlikumi.

The topic of the Master's thesis is "Operating theatre and anesthesiology human resource planning and management". The objective of the thesis is to assess the significance of data in the operation block's electronic journal to the development of measurements of efficiency and productivity in the operation block and their application in human resource planning and management. The first and second part of the work consists of an overview of the literature and an insight into the measurement of the productivity and efficiency of the healthcare and surgery block, work planning and organisation and the conditions affecting it. The second part contains a study where the author has generated performance indicators for the operating block and calculated indicators from the available data sets for two periods of time. Experts from hospital management and surgeon groups analysed the indicators created and the results obtained during the focus group discussions. The study results revealed that it is currently possible to establish indicators for 8 operational blocks that can be used for personnel planning and management purposes in the future. This thesis contains 88 pages, comprising 4 chapters and 81 literature sources, 3 annexes, including 7 figures, 10 conclusions have been drawn.
