Abstract
Bakalaura darba “Ilgtspējīgas cilvēkresursu vadības pilnveidošanas iespējas personāla vadības
pārvaldē „AS SEB banka”” autore ir Rīgas Stradiņa universitātes, Starptautiskā biznesa un ilgtspējīgas
ekonomikas studente Jeļizaveta Sazonova.
Ilgtspējīga cilvēkresursu vadība ir kļuvusi par galveno korporatīvo stratēģiju nozīmīgām
organizācijām, kurās cilvēkresursu departamentiem ir dinamiska loma ilgtspējīgas darbības
nodrošināšanā darba vietā un viena no tām ir SEB banka.
Darba mērķis ir, analizēt cilvēkresursu vadības stratēģiju AS “SEB banka” Latvijā un lai
izstrādātu ieteikumus tās pilnveidošanai ilgtspējas kontekstā. Pētījumā tika izmantotas tādi zinātniski
pētnieciskās metodes: monogrāfiskā metode, ekspertu intervijas, aptauja, grafiskā metode, analīzes un
sintēzes metode.
Darbā apkopotā informācija liecina, ka SEB bankas cilvēkresursu vadības nodaļas darbinieki jūt,
ka organizācija rūpējas par viņiem ilgtermiņā, kā arī rūpējas par sabiedrību un vidi. Visi aptaujātie
respondenti anketā norādīja, ka SEB banka atbalsta ilgtspējīgu praksi ne tikai organizācijas iekšienē, bet
arī ārpus tās, piemēram, piedāvājot uzņēmumiem un privātpersonām plašu zaļo pakalpojumu klāstu un
atbalstot vietējo ekonomiku. Tas liecina, ka ilgtspējīga cilvēkresursu vadība SEB bankā atbilst visiem
ilgtspējīgas cilvēkresursu vadības modeļa kritērijiem.
Uz pētījuma bāzes tika izstrādāti pilnveidošanas iespējas ilgtspējīgai cilvēkresursu vadības “AS
SEB bankā”, kuri tika adresēti SEB bankas personāla pārvaldes vadītājām un valdei.
Kopējais darba apjoms ir 53 lappuses. Darbā ir ievietotas 8 tabulas un 9 attēli. Darbā tika
izmantots 57 literatūras avots un 7 pielikumi.

The author of the Bachelor's thesis “Development opportunities for sustainable HRM in the management of personnel at AS SEB bank” is Riga Stradins University, International Business and Sustainable Economics student Jelizaveta Sazonova. Purpose of work: to analyse the human resource management strategy of AS SEB bank in Latvia and to develop recommendations for its improvement in the context of sustainability. In the work was used scientific research methods: monographic method, expert interviews, survey, graphical method, analysis, and synthesis method. The information collected in the work indicates that the employees of the human resources management department of SEB Bank feel that the organization cares about them in the long term, and also cares about the public and the environment. All interviewed respondents in the questionnaire indicated that SEB Bank supports sustainable practices not only within the organization but also outside, for example, by offering businesses and individuals a wide range of green services and supporting the local economy. This shows that sustainable human resource management in SEB bank meets all criteria of the sustainable human resource management model. Based on the research, improvement opportunities for sustainable human resource management in AS SEB bank were developed, which were addressed to the managers and the board of SEB bank personnel department. The total amount of work is 53 pages, 8 table and 9 images are inserted at work. In the work was used 57 literature sources and 7 attachments.
