Decentralizētā finanšu sistēma: raksturojums un attīstības iespējas

Abstract

Darbā “Decentralizētā finanšu sistēma: raksturojums un attīstības iespējas”, tiek analizēta decentralizētā finanšu sistēma un tās spēja nodrošināt līdzvērtīgus finanšu pakalpojumus, bez starpniekiem vai papildus komisijas maksām, teorētiski spējot aizstāt centralizēto finanšu institūciju sniegtos pakalpojumus. Darba mērķis – izpētīt decentralizētās finanšu sistēmas ietekmi uz ekonomiku un tās attīstības iespējas, ņemot vērā kriptovalūtu un decentralizētās finanšu sistēmas izmantošanu starptautiskā līmenī. Darbā tika izmantota monogrāfiskā metode literatūras apskatam, diksrimintantā analīze atšķirību pētīšanai starp centralizēto finanšu sistēmu un decentralizēto finanšu sistēmu, kontentanalīze zinātnisko rakstu analīzei un kvalitatīvā pētījuma metode intervijām ar ekspertiem no decentralizētās un centralizētās finanšu sistēmas jomas. Galvenie rezultāti norāda, ka decentralizētā finanšu sistēma plašā mērogā tiek izmantota jaunattīstības valstīs, tomēr katrā valstī izmantošanas tendences ir atšķirīgas, ko ietekmē regulas un cilvēku finanšu pratība. “Decentralized financial system: characteristics and development opportunities” analyzes the system and its ability to provide equivalent financial services, without intermediaries or additional commissions, theoretically being able to replace the services provided by centralized financial institutions. The aim of the paper – to study the impact of the decentralized financial system on the economy and development opportunities, taking into account the use of cryptocurrencies and the decentralized financial system at the international level. The paper used a monographic method to review the literature, a diminutive analysis to study the differences between the centralized financial system and the decentralized financial system, content analysis for scientific articles, and a qualitative research method for interviews with experts from the decentralized and centralized financial system. The main results indicate that the decentralized finances is widely used in developing countries but its use varies in every country, due to regulations and financial literacy.
