Abstract

Bakalaura darbs “Video interviju sērija par ārzemju studentu darba pieredzi Latvijā. Radošais darbs” ir izstrādāts, lai ārzemju studentiem un Latvijas darba ņēmējiem viegli uztveramā veidā video formātā izstāstītu, kā tiek meklēts darbs un kādā veidā ārzemju studenti atrod darbvietu, kāda ir komunikācija darbā un ar kādām grūtībām šiem cilvēkiem nākas sastapties. Teorētiskajā daļā uzmanība tiek veltīta esošajai akadēmiskajai literatūrai par studentu darba pieredzei Latvijā un ārzemēs, kā arī komunikācijai darbā, jo tā būtiski ietekmē karjeras attīstību un pašsajūtu. Savukārt, lai izstrādātu video intervijas sēriju, tiek sniegts ieskats par intervijas veidiem, personas datu aizsardzību, kas tiek aprakstīts nodaļā privātums un ētika, kā arī izanalizēta video interviju producēšanas tēma, uz kuras tika balstīta radošā koncepcija. Radošais darbs ir video interviju sērija ar trijiem ārzemju studentiem, kuri nav Eiropas valstu pilsoņi, bet trešo valstu pārstāvji. Lai netiktu pārkāpta personu datu aizsardzība, tika izstrādāta filmēšanas atļauja, kura intervējamie parakstīja. Izanalizējot pētāmās tēmas teoriju un pielietojot to praksē, darba autore pārliecinājās, ka ne vienmēr rakstītais atbilst reālajam. Darba izstrādes laikā tika noskaidrots kāds ir ārzemju studentu darba meklēšanas process, kā arī kādas attiecības jauniešiem ir ar saviem kolēģiem un darba devējiem. Darba autore cer, ka iegūtā informācija, noderēs studentiem un Latvijas uzņēmumiem. Bakalaura darbs “Video interviju sērija par ārzemju studentu darba pieredzi Latvijā. Radošais darbs” sastāv no 57 lapām, 15 pielikumiem un 3 video intervijām.

Bachelor's thesis “A series of video interviews about the work experience of foreign students in Latvia. Creative Work ”is designed to tell foreign students and Latvian workers in an easy-to-understand video format how to look for a job and how foreign students find a job, what communication is at work and what difficulties these people face. The theoretical part focuses on the existing academic literature on students work experience in Latvia and abroad, as well as communication at work, as it significantly affects career development and well-being. In order to develop a series of video interviews, an insight into the types of interviews, the protection of personal data described in the section on privacy and ethics, as well as the topic of video interview production on which the creative concept was based are analyzed. Analyzing the theory of the research topic and applying it in practice, the author made sure that what was written did not always correspond to the real thing. During the elaboration of the work, it was found out what is the job search process of foreign students, as well as what kind of relationship young people have with their colleagues and employers. The author hopes that the obtained information will be useful for students and Latvian companies. The creative work is a series of video interviews with three foreign students who are not European but third-country nationals. In order not to violate the protection of personal data, a filming permit was developed and signed by the interviewees. Bachelor's thesis “A series of video interviews about the work experience of foreign students in Latvia. Creative work consists of 57 pages, 15 appendices and 3 video interviews.
