Nepilngadīgo noziedzība Latvijā kriminoloģiskie aspekti

Abstract

Temats ir pamatots ar statistikas datiem. Problēma izpaužas vienotas sistēmas, kas novērstu nepilngadīgo noziedzības trūkuma. Lai konstatētu nepilngadīgo noziedzības faktors un piedāvātu iespējamus preventīvus pasākumus tās novēršanai ir nepieciešams veikt nepilngadīga noziedzības pētījumu vēsturiski salīdzinošās metodes ietvaros. Bakalaura darbs “Nepilngadīgo noziedzība Latvijā kriminoloģiskie aspekti” sastāv no ievada, četrām nodaļām ar 7 apakšnodaļām un secinājumiem. Darba pirmajā nodaļā ir aprakstītas un analizētas nepilngadīgo noziedzības tendences Latvijas Republikā, aplūkota statistika un pārskati. Darba otrajā nodaļā ir raksturots nepilngadīga noziedznieku kriminoloģiskais raksturojums. Darba trešajā nodaļā ir raksturots un analizēts nepilngadīgo noziedzības noteicošie faktori. Darba ceturtajā nodaļā tiek raksturota un analizēta nepilngadīgo noziedzības prevencija un tiesiskā regulējuma piemērošana. Darbā izmantoti Latvijas Republikas normatīvie akti, 21 literatūras avoti, 33 interneta resursi un periodika. Darba apjoms ir 51 lapas, tajā ir 3 attēli un 3 pielikumi. Bakalaura darba mērķis: izpētīt nepilngadīgo noziedzības kriminoloģisko raksturojumu - stāvokli, tendences un noteicošus faktorus un, konstatējot nepilnības tiesiskajā regulējumā, piedāvāt grozījumus, lai uzlabotu nepilngadīgo noziedzības novēršanas tiesisko regulējumu. Darba gaitā tika veikti vairāki secinājumi un piedāvāti priekšlikumi par nepilngadīgo noziedzības novēršanu.

The topic is based on statistics. The problem is the lack of a unified system to prevent juvenile delinquency. In order to identify the factors of juvenile delinquency and to offer possible preventive measures for its prevention, it is necessary to conduct a juvenile delinquency research within the framework of a historically comparative method. The bachelor's thesis "Juvenile Delinquency in Latvia: Criminological Aspects" consists of an introduction, four chapters with 7 subsections and conclusions. The first chapter describes and analyses the tendencies of juvenile delinquency in the Republic of Latvia, statistics and reports. The second chapter describes the criminological characteristics of a juvenile offender. The third chapter describes and analyses the determinants of juvenile delinquency. The fourth chapter describes and analyses the prevention of juvenile delinquency and the application of the legal framework. The normative acts of the Republic of Latvia, 21 literature sources, 33 internet resources and periodicals. The paper consists of 51 pages, including 3 pictures and 3 attachments. The aim of the bachelor's thesis: by studying the criminological characteristics of juvenile delinquency - the situation, tendencies and determining factors, identifying shortcomings in the legal framework, to propose amendments to improve the legal framework for the prevention of juvenile delinquency. In the course of the work, several conclusions were made and proposals for the prevention of juvenile delinquency were offered.
