Rīga, 2021. 66 lpp. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt sociālā darbinieka darbības saturu starpprofesionāļu komandā pilngadīgo klientu ar onkoloģisko saslimšanu un viņu tuvinieku vajadzību un pakalpojumu nodrošināšanā. Analizētas sociālā darbinieka lomas, uzdevumi un metodes starpprofesionāļu komandā sociālo pakalpojumu nodrošināšanā pilngadīgiem klientiem ar onkoloģisku saslimšanu. Darba praktiskajā daļā ir apkopotas un izanalizētas 62 respondentu iesūtītās aptaujas anketas un veiktas 4 daļēji strukturētas speciālistu intervijas. Nozīmīgākais secinājums: personas ar onkoloģisku saslimšanu un sociālā darba speciālisti, kas strādā ar klientiem, kuriem diagnosticēta onkoloģiska saslimšana, norāda, ka ar veselības aprūpi nereti ir par maz, jo ir svarīgi apmierināt arī šo personu emocionālās un sociālās vajadzības, tādēļ sociālajam darbiniekam starpprofesionāļu komandā ir būtiska nozīme.

The aim of the work is to explore the content of the social worker's activities in the cross-professional team in the provision of the needs and services of adult clients with oncological illness and their relatives. In the theoretical part of the work, the author has described the classification of oncological diseases, the consequences and side effects of treatment, the needs of adult clients with oncological illness and their relatives. The components of the professional activity of a social worker, the categorization of services, the concept of a interprofessional team and the justification for their activities have been clarified. The roles, tasks and methods of the social worker in the interprofessional management of social services for adult clients with oncological illness and their relatives have been analyzed. The practical part of the work summarises and analyses the questionnaires submitted by 62 respondents and conducts 4 semi-structured expert interviews. The most important conclusion: people with oncological diseases and social professionals working with clients diagnosed with oncological illness indicate that healthcare is often too low, because it is important to meet the emotional and social needs of these people, and therefore the social worker in the interprofessional team is vital important.
