Abstract
Mūsdienās stomatoloģijā arvien vairāk ir svarīga ne tikai mutes dobuma veselība, ārstēšana un funkciju uzturēšana, bet arī estētika. Cilvēks, kurš ir apmierināts ar savu zobu estētiku brīvāk runā, smaida, viņam ir augstāks pašvērtējums. Estētiskās problēmas var radīt cilvēkam noteiktu psiholoģisko diskomfortu, kautrību. Bieži vien cilvēki estētikas ziņā ir neapmierināti ar savu zobu krāsu, jo tā ir pārāk tumša. Pateicoties mūsdienu tehnoloģijām, zobārsti var viegli piedāvāt šīs problēmas risinājumu – zobu balināšanu. Darba mērķis. Darba mērķis ir izanalizēt piedāvātas vitālo zobu balināšanas sistēmas un to efektivitāti. Darba metodes. Mērķa izpildei tika atlasīti 27 literatūras avoti un tika veikts literatūras pārskāts, meklēšana veikta elektroniskajās PubMed un ClinicalKey datu bāzēs, kā arī veikts praktiskais darbs. Praktiskā darba ietvaros diviem pacientiem veikta profesionālā zobu balināšana – pacientam Nr.1 zobārsta kabinetā ar ZOOM sistēmu, izmantojot 6% ūdeņraža peroksīda balināšanas gēlu, pacientam Nr.2 veikta mājas balināšana ar individuāliem balināšanas līdzekļiem, izmantojot balināšanas kapes un “Opalescence” 10% karbamīda peroksīda balināšanas gēlu. Praktiskais darbs veikts studentu vasaras prakses ietvaros. Pirms un pēc balināšanas procedūrām tika noteikta zobu krāsa, izmantojot klasisko VITA skalu, tika sastādīts fotoprotokols. Darba rezultāti. Ofisa balināšanas ar ZOOM sistēmu rezultātā zobi ir mainījuši no C3 līdz A2, līdz ar to pēc VITA skalas emaljas gaišuma pakāpes zobu krāsa ir mainījusies par 9 toņiem. Pēc mājas balināšanas kursa zobu krāsa ir mainījusies no A1 līdz B1, tātad zobu krāsa pēc VITA skalas emaljas gaišuma pakāpes ir mainījusies par 1 toni. Darba secinājumi. Visas profesionālās vitālo zobu balināšanas metodes ir efektīvas, lai uzlabotu zobu toni.
Nowadays, not only oral health, treatment and maintenance of function, but also aesthetics are becoming very important in dentistry. A person who is satisfied with the aesthetics of his teeth speaks freely, smiles and has a higher self-esteem. Aesthetic problems can cause a person psychological discomfort and shyness. Today people are often dissatisfied with their tooth color because it is too dark. Thanks to modern technology, dentists can easily offer a solution to this problem performing teeth bleaching. The aim of the work. The aim of the work is to analyze the proposed vital teeth bleaching systems and their effectiveness. Working methods. To fulfill the goal, 27 literature sources were selected and a literature review was performed, a search was performed in the electronic PubMed and ClinicalKey databases, as well as practical work was performed. Within the practical work, two patients underwent professional teeth bleaching –patient Nr.1 in the dentist's office with ZOOM system using 6% hydrogen peroxide bleaching gel, patient Nr.2 underwent home bleaching using individual bleaching products – bleaching trays and Opalescence 10% carbamide peroxide bleaching gel. The practical work was performed during the students' summer practice. Before and after the bleaching procedures, the color of the teeth was determined using a classical VITA scale, and a photographic protocol was done. Work results. As a result of office whitening with the ZOOM system, the teeth color have changed from C3 to A2, thus the color of the teeth according to the VITA scale enamel has changed by 9 shades. After the home bleaching course, the color of the teeth has changed from A1 to B1, so the color of the teeth according to the value of the VITA scale enamel has changed by 1 shade. Conclusions of the work. All professional vital teeth whitening methods are effective in improving tooth shade.
