Abstract: | Bakalaura darba nosaukums: “Savvaļas un mājas aveņu lapu tējas salīdzinājums”.
ka aveņu lapu tēja satur bioloģiski aktīvus savienojumus un var būt veselību veicinošs dzēriens The Title of Bachelor Degree Thesis: “Comparison of organic and cultivar raspberry leaf tea”. The Author of the Thesis: Laura Vecvagare – a student in the Bachelor study program “Nutrition” at the Riga Stradins University’s Faculty of Rehabilitation. The objective of the research - To compare the chemical composition of raspberry leaves grown in the wild and cultivated at home in Latvia, as well as to find out the chemical composition of raspberry leaf tea. The relevance of the research: To find out the chemical composition and therapeutic possibilities of raspberry leaf tea. The research methodology: Quantitative, experimental study: Laboratory analyzes of dried and fermented house and wild raspberry leaves, as well as prepared tea were performed using various methods - Phenols with Foline - Denis reagent working solution, flavonoids - Aluminum chloride, (Al Cl3 (Sigma Aldrich)) and Sodium nitrite (Na2NO2 (Sigma Aldrich)), tannins are expressed by the iron cyanide reduction method, antiradical activity was determined by the (DPPH) method (using the reagent free radical diphenyl-2-picryhydrazyl) Results: According to laboratory analyzes, raspberry leaves and raspberry leaf tea were found to contain phenols, tannins, flavonoids in relatively high amounts and to have antiradical activity. One of the best indicators was observed for dried cultivar raspberry leaves and tea. Conclusions: According to the results of the study and laboratory analyzes, raspberry leaf tea contains biologically active compounds and could be a health-promoting drink . |
