Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – ”Neatliekamā medicīnā praktizējošo medicīnas darbinieku viedoklis par vīrieti, kurš praktizē anestēzijas, intensīvās terapijas, neatliekamās medicīnas māsas profesijā”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka māsas tēla stereotipizēšana, profesijas tradīciju un tiesību apkopojums, kas vēl līdz mūsdienām kalpo par pamatu māsu dzimumu segregācijai un feminizācijai. Māsas etiķete, profesionāla ētika ir balstīta uz noteiktiem steriotipiem, tas ir viens no iemesliem, kāpēc vīrieši ir minoritāte šajā profesijā. Lai arī vīriešu skaits lēnā un stabilā dinamikā pieaug vēl joprojām, gan sabiedrībā, gan profesionāļu vidū pastāv daudz aizspriedumu attiecībā uz vīriešiem māsu profesijā. Darba autors uzskata, ka viens no veidiem, kā palielināt māsu skaitu, ir piesaistīt šai profesijai vairāk vīriešu. Dzimumu ziņā līdzsvarots darbaspēks, kopā ar pasākumiem, kas mazinās novecojošu priekšstatu ietekmi uz profesiju dos tikai ieguvumu veselības sistēmai un optimizēs iespējas palīdzēt pacientiem. Lai vecinātu vīriešu skaita pieaugumu, jāsaprot kāds viedoklis ir par vīrieti, kurš praktizē māsas profesijā, un kādi faktori ietekmē šī tēla prestižu. Pētījuma hipotēze: respondenta dzimums, izglītības līmenis, profesija un darba nozare ietekmē viedokli par vīrieti, kurš praktizē anestēzijas, intensīvās terapijas un neatliekamās medicīnas māsas profesijā. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot neatliekamā medicīnā praktizējošo medicīnas darbinieku viedokli par vīrieti, kurš praktizē anestēzijas, intensīvās terapijas, neatliekamās medicīnas māsas profesijā. A gender-balanced workforce, together with measures to reduce the impact of aging perceptions on the profession, will only benefit the health system and optimize opportunities to help patients. In order to promote the increase in the number of men, it is necessary to understand what is the opinion about a man who practices the nursing profession, and what factors influence the prestige of this image. Research hypothesis: the respondent's gender, level of education, profession and field of work influence the opinion of a man who practices anesthesia, intensive care and emergency nursing.
