Abstract

Darba mērķis: Noskaidrot, vai pacientes apmierinātība par sadarbību ar vecmāti ietekmē pacientes subjektīvo iespaidu par dzemdību pieredzi. Pētījuma metodes: Literatūras aprakstā tiek apskatīta vecmātes un pacientes komunikācijas loma dzemdībās, pacientes dzemdību aprūpes vajadzības un vēlmes dzemdību laikā, efektīva komunikācija starp dzemdību aprūpes personālu un sievietēm dzemdībās no vecmātes perspektīvas un apmierinātība ar dzemdībām, faktori, kas saistīti ar pacientes apmierinātību par dzemdībām. Bakalaura darbā tiek izmantota kvantitatīva pētniecības metode, kas ir aptaujas anketa interneta vidē. Pētījuma plānojums ir šķērsgriezuma pētījums. Pētījuma instruments, kas ir anketas aptauja, izveidots individuāli, efektīvas komunikācijas novērtēšanai par pamatu izmantojot WHO izstrādātās rekomendācijas (WHO, 2018), dzemdību pieredzes novērtēšanai par pamatu izmantojot 2020.gadā izveidoto pieredzes aptauju Apvienotajā Karalistē (Walker et al, 2020). Pētījuma mērķa grupa bija sievietes vecumā no 18 gadiem, kurām bijušas vismaz vienas vaginālas dzemdības gada laikā (2020. un 2021. gadā), Latvijā. Pētījums tiek veikts saskaņā ar ētikas principiem. Ar šo pētījumu nekādā veidā netiek nodarīts kaitējums pētījuma dalībniekiem. Aprakstošās statistikas analīzei tika izmantots absolūtais un relatīvais biežums, minimālās un maksimālās vērtības, kā arī mediānais lielums un starpkvartiļu amplitūda. Slēdzienstatistikai tika aizmantots Mann-Whitney U tests, Kruskall-Wallis tests,saistībai starp abu instrumentu rādītājiem - Spīrmena korelācijas metode. Nozīmīgākie secinājumi: Sieviešu apmierinātībai sadarbībā ar vecmāti dzemdību zālē pastāv statistiski nozīmīga korelācija ar kontroli dzemdību laikā, drošības sajūtu dzemdību laikā, kā arī dzemdību pieredzi. Sieviešu kontrolei dzemdību laikā pastāv statististiski nozīmīga korelācija ar drošības sajūtu dzemdību laikā, kā arī dzemdību pieredzi. Purpose of the Bachelor thesis: To find out how if the patient's satisfaction with relationship with the midwife influences the patient’s subjective impression of the experience of the childbirth. Materials and methods: The literature review discusses the impact of the communication midwife and patient during childbirth; effectively communicating patient maternity care needs and desires during childbirth, effective communication between obstetric care staff and women in childbirth from a midwife perspective and childbirth satisfaction, factors related to patient satisfaction with childbirth. Quantitative research method is used to prove the hypothesis, which is a questionnaire publicised in the world wide web. The study design is a cross-sectional study. The research tool, which is a questionnaire, was developed individually to assess effective communication based on WHO recommendations (WHO, 2018), to assess maternal experience using the 2020 experience survey in the United Kingdom (Walker et al, 2020). The target group of the study were women aged at least 18 years who have had at least one vaginal birth during the last year (the year between 2020 and 2021) in Latvia. The research is conducted in accordance with ethical principles. Absolute and relative frequencies, minimum and maximum values, as well as median and interquartile amplitude were used for the analysis of descriptive statistics. The Mann-Whitney U test, the Kruskall-Wallis test, and the Spearman correlation method were used for the conclusion statistics. Bachelor thesis contains: There is a statistically significant correlation between the patient's satisfaction with relationship with the midwife in the maternity ward and the control during childbirth, the feeling of security during childbirth, as well as the experience of childbirth. Statistically significant correlation is between the control of women during childbirth and the feeling of security during childbirth, as well as the experience of childbirth. There is a statistically significant correlation between women's sense of security during childbirth and childbirth experience.
