Izmaiņas māsu darbā stacionārā COVID-19 pandēmijas laikā

Abstract

Izmaiņas māsu darbā stacionārā COVID-19 pandēmijas laikā. Rīga: RSU Sabiedrības veselības un sociālās labklājības fakultāte. Bakalaura darbs, 87 lappuses (tajā skaitā 8 pielikumi), 2 tabulas un 37 literatūras avoti. Darbs sastāv no trim daļām. Pirmajā daļā veikta literatūras analīze – noskaidrots pandēmijas jēdziens, dots COVID-19 raksturojums un aprakstītas COVID-19 izpausmes, kā arī aprakstīts māsu darba raksturojums, darbs stacionārā un māsu darba vide. Otrajā daļā aprakstītas pētījumā lietotās metodes un atspoguļoti pētījuma rezultāti. Trešajā daļā veikta rezultātu analīze. Pētījuma mērķis – noskaidrot izmaiņas māsu darbā stacionārā COVID-19 pandēmijas laikā. Pētījuma instruments ir pašaizpildei paredzēta anketa, kuras aizpilde aizņem ne vairāk par 15 minūtēm. Pētījumā piedalījās stacionārā strādājošas māsas vecumā no 23 līdz 64 gadiem. Izmantojot sistemātiskās jeb mehāniskās izlases metodi, atlasītas 75 māsas – 25 māsas no terapijas nodaļas, 25 māsas no ķirurģijas nodaļas un 25 māsas no tranzīta nodaļas Iegūto empīrisko datu aprēķini tika veikti, izmantojot IBM SPSS Statistics 23 programmu, iegūstot aprakstošo un secinošo statistiku par aptaujas skalām. Aprakstošās un secinošās statistikas dati iegūti, izmantojot Kronbaha alfas koeficientu, Kolmogorova – Smirnova testu, aprakstošās statistikas koeficientus, savukārt savstarpējās skalu atšķirības noteiktas izmantojot Pīrsona Hī kvadrāta testu. Iegūtie pētījuma rezultāti ļauj secināt, ka saistībā ar COVID-19 pandēmiju kardināli mainījusies slimnīcas darba struktūra – izmaiņas ietekmējušas ne tikai pacientu aprūpes procesu, bet arī māsu ikdienu, darba saturu, drošību un darba izpildes kvalitāti. The work consists of three parts. The first part analyzes the literature – clarifies the concept of a pandemic, gives a description of COVID-19 and describes the manifestations of COVID-19, as well as describes the characteristics of nursing staff work environment. The second part describes the methods used in the study and presents the results of the study. The third part analyzes the results. The aim of the study was to find out the changes in the nursing staff woark during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research tool is a self-administered questionnaire, which takes no more than 15 minutes to complete. The study involved nurses aged 23 to 64 years. Using the systematic or mechanical sampling method, 75 nurses were selected – 25 nurses from the therapy department, 25 nurses from the surgery department and 25 nurses from the transit department The calculations of the obtained empirical data were performed using IBM SPSS Statistics 23 program, obtaining descriptive and inferential statistics on the survey scales. Descriptive and inferential statistical data were obtained using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient, Kolmogorov – Smirnov test, descriptive statistical coefficients, while the differences between the scales were determined using Pearson's Chi-square test. The results of the study allow us to conclude that in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic, the structure of the hospital's work has changed radically - not only the patient care process, but also the nurses' daily life, work content, safety and quality of work.
