Ar aprūpi saistīta pacientu pieredze un labsajūta pēcoperācijas periodā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir «Ar aprūpi saistīta pacientu pieredze un labsajūta pēcoperācijas periodā». Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kāda ir pacientu labsajūta pēcoperācijas periodā, kā arī noskaidrot pacientu ar aprūpi saistītu pieredzi. Pētījuma jautājums ir «Kāda ir ar aprūpi saistīta pacientu pieredze un labsajūta pēcoperācijas periodā?». Pētījumā piedalījās 40 respondenti vecumā no 19 līdz 70 gadiem no divām ārstniecības iestādēm, 20 respondenti no katras iestādes, veidojot 2 grupas. Pētījums tika īstenots laika posmā no 2021. gada 13. aprīļa līdz 14. maijam. Pētījumam izmantota kvantitatīva metode, instruments – autora veidotā anketa; pētījums ir neeksperimentāls, šķērsgriezuma, aprakstošs un salīdzinošs. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no anotācijas, ievada, teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas, kā arī secinājumiem. Teorētiskajā daļā iekļauta informācija no literatūras un ārzemju pētījumiem par hemoroidālo slimību, to ārstēšanas iespējām un pēcoperācijas periodu, kā arī informācija par labsajūtas un komunikācijas aspektiem. Galvenie pētījuma secinājumi parādīja, ka privātklīnikas pacienti jūtas labāk nekā valsts slimnīcas pacienti pēc fiziskā, psihoemocionālā un vides aspekta; respondenti uzskata, ka visefektīvāk viņu labsajūtu ietekmē pareizā medikamentozā terapija, izglītojošs darbs un māsas pozitīva attieksme pret pacientu (smaids, uzmanības veltīšana), kā arī intimitātes ievērošana aprūpes laikā. Fizisko un psihoemocionālo faktoru respondenti uzskata par galvenajiem, lai pacienti justos labi.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is «With care related patient’s experience and well-being in post-operative period». The aim of the study is to find out the well-being of patients in the post-operative period, as well as to find out the patient’s related to care experience. The research question is «What is the care-related patient’s experience and well-being in post-operative period?». The study involved 40 respondents aged 19 to 70 years from two medical institutions, 20 respondents from each institution, forming 2 groups. The study was conducted from 13 April to 14 May 2021. Quantitative method was used for the research, tool - questionnaire created by the author; the study is non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive and comparative. The bachelor's thesis consists of annotation, introduction, theoretical and practical parts, as well as conclusions. The theoretical part includes information from literature and foreign studies on haemorrhoids, their treatment options and postoperative period, as well as information on well-being and communication aspects. The main findings of the study showed that patients in a private clinic feel better than patients in a public hospital in terms of physical, psycho-emotional and environmental aspects; respondents believe that their well-being will be most effectively affected by the right medication, educational work and the good attitude of the nurse towards the patient (smile, attention), as well as respect for intimacy during care. Physical and psycho-emotional factors are considered by respondents to be key to ensuring a high level of well-being.
