Vecāku viedoklis par māsas iesaistīšanos vecāku izglītošanā, par rīcību bērna apdeguma gadījumā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba izstrādes mērķis ir noskaidrot vecāku viedokli par māsas iesaistīšanos vecāku izglītošanā par rīcību bērna apdeguma gadījumā. Izvirzītais pētījuma jautājums – kāds ir vecāku viedoklis par māsas iesaistīšanos vecāku izglītošanā par rīcību bērna apdeguma gadījumā? Latvijas Republikā sabiedrības un pacientu izglītošana ir noteikta vairākos likumdošanas aktos, ņemot vērā mūsu valsts kultūras, sociālo un ekonomisko faktoru attīstību. Plānotās un īstenotās veselības aprūpes sistēmas reformas tiek attīstītas, lai pēc iespējas pilnīgāk kalpotu pacientu vajadzībām, nodrošinot vispusīgu aprūpi ne tikai pacientiem, bet mūsdienīgus darba apstākļus arī aprūpes personālam. Indivīdu veselības saglabāšana un profilakse lielā mērā atkarīga no sabiedrības locekļu izglītības līmeņa un sociāldemokrātiskā stāvokļa. Sabiedrības zināšanu uzlabojumi un attīstība veselības jomā, aplūkojama Latvijas ilgtspējīgas attīstības stratēģijas „Latvija 2030” kontekstā, kas veselības aprūpē definē ilgtermiņa ieguldījumus cilvēkkapitālā, kā ilgtspējas kritērijus nosakot veselības pakalpojumu kvalitātes un pieejamības nodrošināšanu, lai panāktu Latvijas iedzīvotāju veselības stāvokļa uzlabošanos. (Bēta, 2017) Pētījumā tiek izmantota kvantitatīvā metode – anketēšana. Lai sasniegtu pētījuma mērķus un uzdevumus, veicot aptauju, tiek skaidrota un salīdzināta pacientu pieredze komunikācijā ar māsu starp Ventspils pilsētas un Ventspils novada iedzīvotājiem. Pētījuma mērījumi tiek veikti divās grupās, lai tās salīdzinātu. Pētnieciskais darbs sastāv no teorētiskās daļas un praktiskās daļas. Teorētiskajā daļā tiek analizēta pieejamā informācija un tiek raksturota māsas loma sabiedrības izglītošanā, apdegumi un to ietekme uz bērna organismu, pirmā palīdzība apdeguma negadījuma notikuma vietā. Praktiskā daļa sastāv no pētījuma metodes apraksta, apkopotām diagrammām katram jautājumam, rezultātu interpretācijas, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Kopumā aptaujāti 100 respondenti. Pētījuma rezultāti parāda, ka respondenti ir apmierināti ar māsas iesaistīšanos izglītošanā par rīcību bērna apdeguma gadījumā, kas nozīmē, ka respondentiem ir bijusi laba pieredze, kad māsa iesaistījusies izglītošanas jautājumos par bērnu apdegumu gadījumiem. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out the parents' opinion about the nurse's involvement in educating the parents about the action in case of a child's burn. The research question raised – what is the parents' opinion about the involvement of the nurse in educating the parents about the action in case of a child's burn? In the Republic of Latvia, public and patient education is defined in several pieces of legislation, taking into account the development of our country's cultural, social and economic factors. The planned and implemented reforms of the health care system are being developed in order to serve the needs of patients as fully as possible, providing comprehensive care not only for patients, but also for modern working conditions for care staff. Maintaining and preventing the health of individuals depends to a large extent on the level of education and social democratic status of members of society. Improvements and development of public knowledge in the field of health can be seen in the context of the Latvian Sustainable Development Strategy “Latvia 2030”, which defines long-term investments in human capital in health care, setting sustainability criteria as ensuring quality and availability of health services to improve health. (Bēta, 2017) The study uses a quantitative method – questionnaire. In order to achieve the goals and tasks of the research, the survey explains and compares the experience of patients in communication with the nurse between the residents of Ventspils city and Ventspils region. The measurements of the study are performed in two groups to compare them. The research work consists of a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part analyzes the available information and describes the role of the nurse in educating the public, burns and their impact on the child's body, first aid at the scene of the burn accident. The practical part consists of a description of the research method, summarized diagrams for each question, interpretation of results, conclusions and suggestions. A total of 100 respondents were surveyed. The results of the research show that the respondents are satisfied with the nurse's involvement in education about behavior in cases of child burns, which means that the respondents have had a good experience when the nurse is involved in education about child burns.
