| Abstract: | Pašreiz ir vērojama strauja moderno tehnoloģiju attīstība un izmantošana. To lietošana ir virzīta ne tikai sociālu mērķu sasniegšanai, bet arī tiek izmantota pretsabiedriskai un krimināla rakstura rīcībai. Modernās tehnoloģijas rada jaunus potenciālos riskus un drošības apdraudējumus. Dažkārt jauno tehnoloģiju konstruēšana, eksperimentēšana un lietošana nav tiesiski regulēta. The current trend has been the rapid development and use of modern technologies. Such application has been directed not only towards prosocial objectives, but has also led to antisocial and criminal behaviour. Modern technologies create new risks and potential security threats. In some cases, new technologies, design, experimentation and application is not legally regulated. |
