Projekts dokumentālajā fotogrāfijā par jaunām, radošām jauniešu nodarbēm pandēmijas laikā

Abstract

ANOTĀCIJA Radošā bakalaura darba “Projekts dokumentālajā fotogrāfijā par jaunām, radošām jauniešu nodarbēm pandēmijas laikā” ietvaros tika izveidota fotogrāfiju sērija par jauniešiem, kas pārvarējuši prokrastinācijas pievilcību un pandēmijas laiku izmantojuši produktīvi, aizsākot jaunu, radošu brīvā laika nodarbi. Projekta uzdevums ir sniegt ieskatu radošu jauniešu personībās un jaunās aizraušanās procesā, kas spētu sniegt jaunu skatu punktu uz pandēmijas laiku. Radošā darba teorētiskā daļa sastāv no 5 nodaļām un 1 apakšnodaļas. Teorētiskās daļas sākumā tiek iepazīstināts viedoklis par fotogrāfijas iespējām un kā šis instruments spēj pilnveidot un papildināt cilvēku un sabiedrības spējas un dotības. Otrā daļa sastāv no fotogrāfijas vēstures apskates un tā tiek papildināta ar dokumentālās fotogrāfijas vēstures apakšnodaļu. Trešajā daļā tiek analizētas un pētītas dažādas dokumentālās fotogrāfijas definīcijas un raksturojumi, jo joprojām dokumentālās fotogrāfijas kategorizēšana un definēšana paliek atvērta un aktīva diskusija. Ceturtā daļa sastāv no dokumentālās fotogrāfijas pamatiezīmju un principu definēšanas. Teorētiskā daļa tiek pabeigta ar portretu fotogrāfijas teorijas apskati, tās nozīmes definēšanu, subjekta identitātes reprezentāciju un tiek apskatīts portretu fotogrāfijas žanrs – arodportreti. Teorētiskās daļas izstrādē tika izmantoti dažādi akadēmiskie avoti, speciālistu un teorētiķu viedokļi un teorētiskās nostādnes. Lai veiksmīgi spētu izveidot darba praktisko daļu tika izveidota arī bakalaura darba radošā koncepcija. Radošajā koncepcijā tika detalizēti aprakstīta: darba ideja, mērķis, vēstījums un mērķauditorija; darba realizācijas process; autora noteiktie tehniskie un estētiskie darba aspekti. Darba rezultātā autors izveidoja orģinālu dokumentālas fotogrāfijas projektu, kurā tika sniegti 8 jauniešu stāsti, attēlojot viņu jaunās, radošās pandēmijas nodarbes un akcentējot jauniešu personības un dažādību. Šis projekts tika izstādīts portālā www.behance.net. Šī projekta izstrādes un prakses pamatā ir zināšanas, kas tika iegūtas konstruējot darba teorētisko daļu. Autors pēc darba izstrādes diskusijas daļā aprakstīja teorētiskajā daļā apskatīto tēmu mijiedarbību praksē. Darba nobeigumā tika veikti secinājumi par darbu, izteikti novērojumi un ieteikumi.

ANOTATION As a part of creative Bachelor Paper “Documentary photography project about new creative youth engagements during the pandemic” a series of photos was created about young people who overcame the attractiveness of procrastination and used the pandemic productively to start a new, creative leisure activity. The aim of the project is to provide an insight into the personalities of creative young people and their new passions, that could provide a new perspective on the pandemic. The theoretical part consists of 5 chapters and 1 subchapter. At the beginning of the theoretical part an opinion about the possibilities of photography and how this tool can improve and supplement the abilities and talents of people and society is presented. The second part consists of a review of the history of photography and is supplemented by a subchapter on the history of documentary photography. In the third part, various definitions and characteristics of documentary photography are analysed and studied, because the categorization and definition of documentary photography remains an open and active topic. The fourth part consists of defining the basic features and principles of documentary photography. The theoretical part is completed with a review of the theory on portrait photography, the definition of its meaning, the representation of the subject's identity and a short review and insight in occupational portraits. Various specialist and theorist opinions and theoretical approaches of academic sources were used in the making of the theoretical part. To be able to successfully create the practical part of the work, a creative concept of the bachelor paper was created. The creative concept in detail describes: the idea, purpose, message, and target audience of the work; work realization process; technical and aesthetic aspects of the work determined by the author. In the end author created an original documentary photography project, which provided stories about 8 young people, depicting their new, creative pandemic activities, and emphasises their personalities and differences. This project was exhibited on the portal www.behance.net. The development and practice of this project is based on the knowledge gained during the construction of the theoretical part. After the development of the work, the author discussed the interaction of the topics covered in the theoretical part in practice. At the end of the work, there is conclusion part, that consists of observations, conclusions and recommendations were made.
