Pūļa finansējums kā alternatīva finanšu piesaistes metode Latvijas jaunuzņēmumiem

Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats ir pūļa finansējums kā alternatīva finanšu piesaistes metode Latvijas jaunuzņēmumiem. Pūļa finansējums ir iespējamā alternatīva finanšu piesaistei salīdzinājumā ar tradicionālo piesaistes veidu, tā ir jauna metode, kā ir iespējams iegūt nepieciešamos finanšu līdzekļus, produkta ražošanai un iegūt mērķauditoriju, kā arī potenciāli lojālu klientu. Pūļa finansējums ir veids, kā jaunuzņēmums var iegūt finanšu līdzekļus un nepieciešamo mērķauditoriju prezentējot savu potenciālo produktu pūļa finansējuma platformā, atzīmējot tā priekšrocību, funkcionalitāti un atbilstību nepieciešamām prasībām. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir balstoties uz iegūto zinātnisko informāciju, analizēt pūļa finansējuma attīstību, atpazīstamību un veikt pūļa finansējuma analīzi kā alternatīvu finanšu piesaisti Latvijas jaunuzņēmumiem. Pētījumā tiek izmantotas 4 pētījuma metodes: monogrāfiskā jeb aprakstošā metode, statistiskās analīzes metode, retrospektīvā analīzes metode un kvalitatīvā analīzes metode. Pētījuma rezultātā darba autoram izdevās atbildēt uz izvirzīto pētījuma jautājumu - kā un uz kādiem nosacījumiem pūļa finansējums var tikt izmantots kā alternatīva finanšu piesaistes metode Latvijas jaunuzņēmumiem. Darba autors, balstoties uz veikto pētījumu secina, ka šobrīd pūļa finansējums tiek reģistrēts bez licenču iegūšanas un bez valsts kontrolējošo iestāžu darbības kontroles. Balstoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem pūļa finansējums šobrīd nevar tikt izmantots kā alternatīva finanšu piesaistes metode Latvijas jaunuzņēmumiem, balstoties uz likumdošanu, kuras precīzi nav formulētas, kā arī pūļa finansējumam salīdzinājumā ar tradicionālo finanšu piesaistes metodi, piemēram, riska kapitālu ir būtiski trūkumi, kuri ietekmē tā darbību un uzticamības līmeni. Veicot analīzi, darba autors secināja, ka pūļa finansējums varētu būt izmantots kā kombinācija kopā ar tradicionālo finanšu piesaistes metodes veidu, veicot abu veidu mijiedarbību un kopīgu izmantošanu, ir iespējams iegūt nepieciešamos elementus jaunuzņēmuma produkta ražošanai un radušo jautājumu risināšanai. Balstoties uz secinājumiem darba autora galvenie priekšlikumi ir: 1. Pūļa finansējuma platformām Latvijā jāuzlabo ārējā komunikācija, kura ir nepieciešama saziņai ar sabiedrību, veicinot sabiedrības interesi par attiecīgām pūļa finansējuma platformām. 2. Latvijas Saeimai ir nepieciešams veikt atsevišķu likumu ieviešanu pūļa finansējuma platformām, kas kopumā ar Eiropas Savienības regulu sniegs iespēju platformām uzlabot savu darbību un veikt nepieciešamo vadlīniju ieviešanu. 3. Latvijas Investīciju un attīstības aģentūrai ir jārīko informatīvie semināri, kuros aicināt piedalīties pūļa finansējuma platformas pārstāvjus, iepazīstināt ar savas platformas darbību un sniegt informāciju par tās iespējām investīcijās. Bakalaura darba kopējais lappušu skaits ir 53, tabulu skaits ir 8, izmantoto avotu skaits ir 78, kā arī pielikumu skaits ir 6.

The subject of this bachelor's work is crowd funding as an alternative method of financial attraction for Latvian start-ups. Crowdfunding is a possible alternative to financial engagement compared to traditional attraction, a new method for obtaining the necessary financial resources, producing the product, and getting target audience, and potentially loyal customers. Crowdfunding is a way for a start-up to get financial resources and target the needs by presenting its potential products on a crowd funding platform, highlighting its strengths and compliance with the necessary requirements. The aim of the bachelor's work is to analyse the development and awareness of crowdfunding as an alternative financial attraction for Latvian start-ups, based on the scientific information obtained. The study uses 4 research methods: a monographic or descriptive method, a statistical analysis method, a retrospective analysis method and a qualitative analysis method. As a result of the study, the author of the work managed to answer the question raised in the study - how and under what conditions crowd funding can be used as an alternative method of financial attraction for Latvian start-ups. The author concludes, that crowd funding is currently registered without obtaining licences and without the activities of the State's controlling authorities. Based on the results of the study, crowd funding can not currently be used as an alternative method of financial attraction for Latvian start-ups, based on legislation that has not been explicitly formulated, as well as crowd financing compared to the traditional method of financial attraction, for example, risk capital has significant deficiencies affecting its performance and level of credibility. In the analysis, the author concluded that crowd funding could have been used as a combination, along with the traditional method of financial attraction, through both types of interaction and shared use, it is possible to obtain the necessary elements for the production of the start-up product and to address the issues that arise. On the basis of the conclusions, the main proposals of the bachelor's work are: 1. Crowdfunding platforms in Latvia need to improve external communication, which is necessary for communication with the public, in order to promote public interest in relevant crowd funding platforms, as well as for crowd funding in general. 2. It is necessary for the Latvian government to implement separate laws for crowd funding platforms, which, in general, will enable platforms to improve their activities and implement the necessary guidelines. 3. The Latvian Investment and Development Agency should organise informative seminars to invite representatives of the crowd finance platforms to present the activities of its platform and to provide information on its opportunities for investment.
