Preču zīmju aizsardzības problemātika tiesību sistēmā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā “Preču zīmju aizsardzības problemātika tiesību sistēmā” autore Dita Daniela Mežavilka (turpmāk – autore) analizē preču zīmju aizsardzības problemātiku trīs līmeņos, kuros iespējams saņemt preču zīmes reģistrāciju – nacionāli, reģionāli un starptautiski. Bakalaura darba tēma “Preču zīmju aizsardzības problemātika tiesību sistēmā” ir aktuāla, pamatojoties uz pieaugošo tendenci iepirkties internetā, kas norāda uz preču zīmju īpašnieku nepieciešamību preču zīmes reģistrēt un aizsargāt vairākās valstīs. Bakalaura darbā ir apzinātas galvenās tiesību problēmas ar kurām preču zīmju īpašnieki saskaras reģistrējot preču zīmes un aizsargājot savas tiesības nacionāli, reģionāli un starptautiski un sniegti priekšlikumi preču zīmju reģistrācijas un aizsardzības procesa uzlabošanai un preču zīmju aizsardzības nodrošināšanai. Bakalaura darba kopējais apjoms ir 68 lappuses.

In the Bachelor's Thesis “Problems of Trademark protection in the legal system” author Dita Daniela Mežavilka (hereinafter – author) examines he issue of trademark protection at three levels, where registra-tion of a trade mark can be obtained – at the national, regional and international levels. The Bachelor's thesis “Problems of the protection of trademarks in the legal system” is actual on the basis of the growing trend of online shopping, which indicates the need for trademark owners to register and protect a trademark in several countries. The author has identified the main legal issues faced by trademark owners in registering trademarks and protecting their rights nationally, regionally and internationally, and has made proposals to improve the trademark registration and protection process and ensure the protection of the trademarks. The total amount of the Bachelor's thesis is 68 pages.
