Abstract

Jautājums par noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu legalizāciju ir aktuāls visā pasaulē, jo noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu iepludināšana tautsaimniecībā grauj godīgu konkurenci. Bakalaura darbā “Atbildība par noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu legalizāciju krimināltiesībās” autors pēta, kāds ir noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu jēdziens un tā saturs, kā ir attīstījies tiesiskais regulējums starptautiskos tiesību aktos, to ieviešanas gaitu un Latvijas tiesiskā regulējuma atbilstību starptautiskajiem standartiem. Darbā identificētas būtiskas problēmas, jo Latvijas regulējumā nav ieviestas visas saistošās direktīvas prasības saistībā ar noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu legalizāciju. Pētnieciskā darba nobeigumā autors piedāvā iespējamos risinājumus normatīvo aktu pilnveidošanā. Darba kopējo lappušu skaits ir 60lpp.

Money laundering is a global issue, as money laundering undermines fair competition in economics. The author studies the concept of criminal proceeds and its content in the bachelor's thesis “Responsibility for Money Laundering in Criminal Law”, the development of legal regulation in international legal acts, the course of their implementation and the compliance of Latvian legal regulation with international standards. Significant problems have been identified, because not all the requirements of the binding directive have been implemented in the Latvian regulation, providing qualifying conditions for criminal liability for money laundering in order to more effectively combat this negation. The author offers possible solutions for the improvement of regulatory enactments at the end of the research work. The total volume of the work is 60 pages.
