Abstract

ANOTĀCIJA

Rīgas Stradiņa universitātes Sabiedrības veselības un sociālās labklājības fakultātes studentes Ineses Jaunkļaviņas bakalaura darba „ Institucionālajā aprūpē esošo personu ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem iespējas integrācijai sabiedrībā” ir apskatīts jēdziens ilgstošas sociālās aprūpes un sociālās rehabilitācijas institūcija, par personām ar psihiskām saslimšanām un garīga rakstura traucējumiem, institucionālā aprūpe un tās veidi Latvijā, garīgās veselības definējums, institucionālie pakalpojumi, COVID 19 pandēmija un tās ierobežojumi saistībā ar integrāciju, dzīves kvalitāti, personu ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem integrācija Latvijā, sociālā darbinieku resursi, metodes, uzdevumi darbā ar personām ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem. Darba mērķis izpētīt VSAC ”Zemgale” filiāles ”Ķīši” institucionālajā aprūpē esošo cilvēku grupas ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem iespējas integrācijai sabiedrībā COVID 19 pandēmijas laikā . Pētījuma jautājums Vai ir iespējas integrācijai sabiedrībā VSAC “Zemgale” filiāles „Ķīši” institucionālajā aprūpē esošiem cilvēkiem ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem COVID 19 pandēmijas laikā? Darbā pielietotas teorētiskās un empīriskās pētījuma metodes. Lai atspoguļotu personu ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem iespējas integrācijai sabiedrībā tika veikts kvalitatīvais pētījums – VSAC “Zemgale” filiāles “Ķīši” intervija ar sociālās aprūpes personālu. Pētījuma bāze ir VSAC “Zemgale” filiāle “Ķīši”.- sociālās aprūpes personāls.

ANNOTATION University of Riga Stradits School of Public Health and Social Welfare Study student Inese Jaunklavina Bachelor's “Opportunities for integration of persons with mental disorders into institutions in society” the concept is considered institution of long-term social care and social rehabilitation, of persons with mental illness and mental disorders, institutional care and types thereof in Latvia, the definition of mental health, services, the COVID 19 pandemic and its restrictions on integration, quality of life, integration of people with mental disabilities in Latvia, resources of social workers, methods, tasks in working with people with mental disabilities.The Undergraduate “Opportunities for integration of persons with mental disorders into institutions in society” The structure of the bachelor's thesis consists of 2 parts, annotation, introduction, four chapters, ten subsections, research part, theoretical part and conclusions of the research part, list of used sources and literature and appendices. The aim of the work is to explore the possibility of integration of A group of people in institutional care with mental disabilities into society during the COVID 19 pandemic. The question of the study is: Are there opportunities for integration into society in the institutional care of people with mental disabilities during the COVID 19 pandemic? Theoretical and empirical study methods have been applied at work. In order to reflect the potential for integration of people with mental disabilities, a qualitative study was carried out: an interview with social care personnel from the “Kīši” branch of VSAC “Zemgale”. The base of the study is VSAC “Zemgale” branch in Ķīši- stuff of social care.. The bachelor's work structure shall consist of 2 parts, annotations, entries, four chapters, ten subdivisions, parts of conclusions, a list of sources and literature used, research parts and attachments. Chapter 1 describes institutional care, definition of mental health, institutional services for people with mental disabilities. Chapter 2describes historical development of integration in Latvia, integration of persons with mental disabilities in Latvia, social integration. Chapter 3 describes the COVID 19 pandemic and its restrictions on long-term social care centres. Chapter 4 describes, quality of life, tasks of a social worker, resources, methods of working with person with mental disabilities. The second part of the study describing the methodology of the study, the presentation and analysis of data from the study, as well as the conclusions and proposals. The lis of authorities and sources used includes 56 sources in Latvian, English and Russian. The size of the work is 65 pages and includes five attachments.
