Stereotipi par senioriem starpprofesionālās komandas darbā klīniskā vidē sociālo problēmu apzināšanā un risināšanā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs “Stereotipi par senioriem starpprofesionālās komandas darbā klīniskā vidē sociālo problēmu apzināšanā un risināšanā” ietver ievadu, teorētisko daļu, teorētiskās daļas secinājumus, pētniecisko daļu, pētniecības rezultātus, secinājumus un priekšlikumus, izmantotās literatūras un informācijas avotu sarakstu un pielikumus. Darba ievadā tiek pamatota tēmas aktualitāte: darba autore apskata pieejamos centrālās statistikas datubāzes datus, Rīgas sociālā dienesta statistiskos datus, kā arī izpēta teorētiskos materiālus par stereotipiem un izvirza uzdevumus. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt stereotipus, it īpaši stereotipus par senioriem un izcelt stereotipus par senioriem klīniskā vidē. Galvenie darba uzdevumi ir izskaidrot kas ir “stereotips”, raksturot stereotipus par senioriem, izpētīt cilvēku novecošanas procesu, apskatīt senioru sociālo portretu, raksturot starpprofesionālo komandu, intervēt gan starpprofesionālās komandas dalībniekus, gan seniorus. Izdarīt secinājumus un izteikt priekšlikumus. Pētījumā secināts, ka VSIA “Paula Stradiņa klīniskās universitātes slimnīca” lielāko daļu no sociālā darba klientiem sastāda personas, kuras ir vecākas par 65 gadiem. Darba autore izstrādāja 2 instrumentus – daļēji strukturētās intervijas protokolus; atsevišķi starpprofesionālās komandas dalībniekiem un atsevišķi senioriem. Pētnieciskā darba rezultātā ir pierādīts, ka klīniskā vidē pastāv stereotipi par senioriem. Seniorus uzskata par personām, kuras nespēj tikt galā ar mūsdienu tehnoloģijām, ar grūtībām pārvietoties un komunicēt, kuras nav spējīgas pieņemt lēmumus, ir nesaprātīgas, kā arī vientuļas. Bakalaura darbā ir 40 lappuses, izmantots 1 attēls, 5 tabulas un 4 pielikumi. Darbā tika izmantoti literatūras un informācijas avoti. The bachelor's thesis “Stereotypes about seniors in interprofessional team work in the clinical environment in the identification and solution of social problems” includes introduction, theoretical part, conclusions of the theoretical part, research part, conclusions of the research part, conclusion and appendices. The topicality of the topic is substantiated in the introduction of the work: the author reviews the available data of the central statistical database, statistical data of the Riga Social Service, as well as researches theoretical materials on stereotypes and sets tasks. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to study stereotypes, especially stereotypes about seniors and to highlight stereotypes about seniors in the clinical environment. The main tasks are to explain what a “stereotype” is, to describe stereotypes about seniors, to study the aging process of people, to look at the social portrait of seniors, to describe an interprofessional team, to interview both interprofessional team members and seniors. Draw conclusions. The study concludes that VSIA “Pauls Stradins Clinical University Hospital” consists of the majority of social work clients who are over 65 years of age. The author of the thesis developed two partly structured interwiev protocols; as members of an interprofessional team and individual seniors. The questions and statements the medical support persons and seniors, in serponse to them express their views, wich, in turn, the author summarized in the results of the research. Research has show that thereare stereotypes about seniors in the clinical setting. Seniors are considered to be poeple who are unable to cope with modern tehnology, who have difficulty moving and communicating, are unable to make decisions, unreasonable and are lonely. The bachelor's thesis has 40 pages, 1image, 5 tables were used and 4 appendix. Literature and information sources were used in the work.
