Sociālais darbs ar seksuālā vardarbībā cietušiem bērniem

Abstract

Bakalaura darba autore ir Kristīne Dzērve. Darbs ir izstrādāts Rīgas Stradiņa universitātes Sabiedrības veselības un sociālās labklājības fakultātes Labklājības un sociālā darba katedrā, Bakalaura studiju programmas “Sociālais darbs” ietvaros. Darba vadītāja ir asoc. prof., Dr.med. Liāna Deklava. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt sociālā darba pieredzi ar seksuālā vardarbībā cietušiem bērniem. Pētījuma jautājumi ir: 1. Kas raksturo seksuālu vardarbību? 2. Kāda ir sociālā darba pieredze ar seksuālā vardarbībā cietušiem bērniem? Darbā izmantotās pētniecības metodes ir monogrāfiskā metode – literatūras analīze, un kvalitatīvās pētniecības metode – intervijas. Pētījuma bāze ir krīzes centri, kas nodrošina sociālās rehabilitācijas pakalpojumu no vardarbības cietušiem bērniem. Bakalaura darba struktūra sastāv no 2 daļām, no 6 nodaļām un paragrāfiem. 1. nodaļā aprakstīta seksuālā vardarbība pret bērnu – seksuālās vardarbības pazīmes, izraisītās sekas, riska un aizsargājošie faktori, kā arī priekšnoteikumi bērna seksuālai izmantošanai. 2. nodaļā aprakstīta Luksofora metode bērna seksuālās uzvedības novērtēšanai, kas ir Kvīnslendā (Austrālijā) radīta metode bērnu un jauniešu seksuālās uzvedības izvērtēšanai. 3. nodaļā aprakstītas sociālā darbinieka kompetences darbā ar seksuālā vardarbībā cietušu bērnu, pievēršot uzmanību vardarbības atklāšanas veidiem un intervences uzsākšanai. 4. nodaļā aprakstīts sociālais darbs ar bērniem krīzes centrā. 5. nodaļā aprakstīta starpinstitūciju un starpprofesionāļu sadarbība bērnu seksuālās izmantošanas gadījumu risināšanā. 6. nodaļā aprakstītas valsts un nevalstisko organizāciju prevencijas programmas. Otrā daļa ir pētījuma daļa, kurā aprakstīta pētījuma metodoloģija, pētījumā iegūto datu atspoguļojums un analīze, kā arī secinājumi un priekšlikumi. Izpētot sociālā darba pieredzi ar seksuālā vardarbībā cietušiem bērniem, aktualizētas dažādas grūtības, ar ko sociālie darbinieki ikdienas darbā sastopas. Kā viena no būtiskākajām tiek aktualizēta starpinstitucionālā sadarbība. Vienlaikus secināts, ka, ņemot vērā darba specifiku, sociālajiem darbiniekiem nepieciešamas plašas zināšanas par vardarbības veidiem, tās pazīmēm un izraisītajām sekām. Literatūras sarakstā iekļauti 38 avoti latviešu un angļu valodās. Darba apjoms ir 57 lapas.

The author of the bachelor's thesis is Kristīne Dzērve. The work is developed at the Department of Welfare and Social Work of the Faculty of Public Health and Social Welfare, Riga Stradins University, within the framework of the Bachelor study program “Social Work”. The supervisor is assoc. prof, dr.med Liāna Deklava. The aim of the work is to study the experience of social work with children who have been sexually abused. The research questions are: 1. What characterizes sexual abuse? 2. What is the experience of social work with children who have been sexually abused? The research methods used in the work are the monographic method - literature analysis, and the qualitative research method - interviews. The basis of the research are crisis centers that provide social rehabilitation services for children who have suffered from violence. The structure of the bachelor's thesis consists of two parts, six chapters and paragraphs. Chapter 1 describes sexual abuse of a child – the signs of sexual abuse, its consequences, risk and protective factors, as well as the preconditions for the sexual exploitation of a child. Chapter 2 describes Traffic light method to assess the child sexual behavior, which is a method created in Queensland (Australia) for assessment of sexual behavior of children and youth. Chapter 3 presents the competence of social worker to work with child victims of sexual violence, to pay attention to the forms of violence and launching interventions. Chapter 4 describes social work with children in a crisis center. Chapter 5 describes inter-institutional and inter-profesional cooperation in dealing with cases of child sexual abuse. Chapter 6 describes prevention programs for governmental and non-governmental organizations. The second part is the part of the research that describes the methodology of the research, the presentation and analysis of the data obtained in the study, as well as the conclusions and proposals. Researching the experience of social work with children who have been sexually abused has highlighted various difficulties that social workers face in their daily work. Inter-institutional cooperation is being updated as one of the most important. At the same time, it was concluded that, taking into account the specifics of the work, social workers need extensive knowledge about the types of violence, symptoms and the consequences. The list of literature includes 38 sources of literature in Latvian and English languages. The work consist of 57 pages.
