Abstract
Speciālās literatūras pārskats apkopo datus par sarežģījumiem pēc liela sakņu zobu (molāru) ekstrakcijām. Literatūras dati, kas balstās uz lielā klīniskā materiāla, satur ārstniecisko un profilaktisko pasākumu kopumu un, to secību gan operācijas laikā, gan pecoperācijas posmā. Pasākumu kopumam un secībai ir liela praktiskā nozīme, kā ārstam, tā arī pacientam, jo pamatprincipu nesekošanai varbūt negatīvās sekās abām personām.
Īpašu uzmanību pieversta gudrības zobu izņemšanas operācijai. Mērķis: Šī pārskata mērķis bija veikt literatūras pārskatu par iespējamām trešās molārās ekstrakcijas komplikācijām Noslēgums: Dotais literatūras pārskats nosaka ārstēšanas un kopšanas procedūru un rekomendāciju loku ārstiem un pacientiem, kas ļauj būtiski mazināt komplikāciju risku zoba ekstrakcijas laikā un pēc tās.
This literature review will give an overview of complications following third molar extraction. This literature review was done in order to provide practitioner about prevention and treatment of different complications that could occur both during and after the surgery. The reason for this review is to learn more about prevention of the complications. This is important for both patient and practitioner as a complication occurring can have huge consequences for both patient and practitioner. Aim: The aim of this review was to make a literature review about possible complications of third molar extraction. Conclusions: This literature review will provide practitioner with both prevention method and management of injury intra or post third molar extraction.
