Plastiskā ķirurģija un nepilngadīgo pacientu (no 14 gadu vecuma) tiesību raksturojums

Abstract

Plastiskā ķirurģija un nepilngadīgie pacienti ir ļoti izaicinošs jautājums šo attiecību tiesiskajam noregulējumam. Latvijā un arī citviet pasaulē plastiskā ķirurģija ir pieprasīta, un augot tās popularitātei aug arī patērētāju skaits, neatkarīgi no vecuma grupas. Šobrīd nav skaidra regulējuma, kā arī vispārēju visaptverošu noteikumu par kosmētisko operāciju veikšanu bērniem un pusaudžiem. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izstrādāt pētījumu par nepilngadīgo pacientu un ārstniecības personu tiesisko attiecību problemātiku plastiskās ķirurģijas jomā, kā arī sniegt priekšlikumus tiesiskā regulējuma uzlabojumiem.

Plastic surgery and juvenile patients are a very challenging issue for the legal settlement of this relationship. Plastic surgery is in demand in Latvia and elsewhere in the world, and as its popularity grows, so does the number of consumers, regardless of age group. There is currently no clear framework or general comprehensive rules for cosmetic surgery for children and adolescents. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to develop a study on the problems of legal relations between juvenile patients and medical practitioners in the field of plastic surgery, as well as to provide proposals for the improvement of the legal framework.
