Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Klīniskajos pētījumos iesaistīto pušu tiesības un pienākumi’’. Šī tēma tiek uzskatīta par aktuālu, jo viss kas ir saistīts ar cilvēka veselību atrodas zem ļoti lielas kontroles un pacienta tiesības un pienākumi ir viena no svarīgākajiem aspektiem medicīnas sfērā. Lai aizsargātu abas puses intereses, gan no ārstniecības iestādēm, un ārstniecības personām, gan pacienta puses, likumam jābūt izstrādātam atbilstoši visiem Eiropas savienības normatīviem aktiem un Latvijas likumdošanai.

This topic is considered relevant, because everything related to human health is under very great control and the patient's rights and responsibilities are one of the most important aspects in the field of medicine.
