Valsts sniegtā atbalsta personām ar īpašām vajadzībām pēc pilngadības sasniegšanas problemātika un tās risinājumi

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Valsts sniegtā atbalsta personām ar īpašām vajadzībām pēc pilngadības sasniegšanas problemātika un tās risinājumi.” Darba mērķis ir izpētīt valsts atbalsta personām ar īpašām vajadzībām un smagu diagnozi kopš bērnības tiesisko regulējumu, identificēt problēmjautājumus un sniegt šo problēmu risinājumus. Darba pirmajā nodaļā tiek analizēts personas ar īpašām vajadzībām un smagu diagnozi kopš bērnības, juridiskais statuss un raksturojums. Darba otrajā nodaļā tiek analizēta valsts sociālās politikas un atbalsta personām ar īpašām vajadzībām, būtība. Darba trešajā nodaļā tiek analizēts pastāvošā valsts atbalsta personām ar īpašām vajadzībām līdz 18 gadu vecumam un pēc 18 gadu vecuma sasniegšanas, tiesiskais regulējums. Pētījumā tiek pierādīts, ka personām ar īpašām vajadzībām un smagu diagnozi no bērnības un viņu ģimenēm ir nepieciešams īpašs valsts atbalsts. Kā arī tiek norādīts, ka šis atbalsts nedrīkst mazināties pēc personas 18 gadu vecuma sasniegšanas. Pētījumā tiek arī piedāvāti valsts sniegtā atbalsta personām ar īpašām vajadzībām un smagu diagnozi kopš bērnības uzlabojumi, pēc šo personu 18 gadu vecuma sasniegšanas. Darba apjoms: 53 lpp.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Problems of state support for persons with special needs after reaching adulthood and their solutions". The aim of the research is to study the legal framework of state support for persons with special needs and severe diagnosis since childhood, to identify problems and provide solutions to them. In the first chapter are analysed the legal status and characteristics of a person with special needs and a severe diagnosis since childhood. In the second chapter are analysed the nature of state social policy and support for persons with special needs. In the third chapter are analysed the legal framework of the existing state support for persons with special needs until and after the age of 18. The research proves that people with special needs and severe diagnosis since childhood and their families need special state support. Also, the work outlines that the above-mentioned support must not lessen after the age of 18. The research also offers improvements to the state support for persons with special needs and severe diagnosis since childhood, beyond the age of 18. Scope of work: 53 pages.
