Ambulatoro šizofrēnijas pacientu līdzestība ārstēšanas un aprūpes procesā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis bija noskaidrot un izanalizēt ambulatoro šizofrēnijas pacientu līdzestību ārstēšanas un aprūpes procesā. Pētījuma mērķu sasniegšanai tika izvirzīts jautājums, kāda ir ambulatoro šizofrēnijas pacientu līdzestība ārstēšanas un aprūpes procesā. Pētījuma teorētiskajā daļā tika apskatīti pētījumi, lai noskaidrotu, kas ir šizofrēnija, tās etioloģija, izpausmes, kas ir līdzestība un, kas ietekmē šizofrēnijas pacientu līdzestību, tās atbalstu un motivāciju ārstniecības un aprūpes procesā. Pētnieciskajā daļā tika veiktas divdesmit pacientu ar šizofrēniju intervijas. Datu iegūšanai tika izstrādāts intervijas protokols, kas balstīts pamatojoties uz pētnieciskā darba tēmas nosaukumu, ņemot par pamatu uzstādītā mērķa saturu, līdzestības definīciju un zinātniskās literatūras kontekstu. Intervijas mērķis ir uzzināt pacientu personisko pieredzi. Pēc pētījuma rezultātu analizēšanas bakalaura darbā izvirzītais jautājums – kāda ir ambulatoro šizofrēnijas pacientu līdzestība ārstēšanas un aprūpes procesā, tika iegūti rezultāti, kuri apstiprina, ka pacientu līdzestība ir pietiekama.

The aim of the bachelor’s paper was to clarify and analyze the compliance of outpatient schizophrenia patients in the treatment and care process. To achieve the goal of the study, the issue of the compliance of schizophrenia patients in the treatment and care process was raised. The theoretical part of the study looked at researches to find out what schizophrenia is, its etiology, expressions, what is compliance and what affects the compliance of schizophrenia patients, its support and motivation in the treatment and care process. Twenty patients with schizophrenia were interviewed in the research section. An interview protocol was developed for data acquisition, which is based on the title of the research work, based on the content of the target set, the definition of compliance and the context of scientific literature. The goal of the interview is to learn the personal experience of patients. After analyzing the results of the study, the issue raised in the bachelor’s work – what is the compliance of outpatient schizophrenia patients in the treatment and care process – resulted in findings confirming that patients’ compliance in the X outpatient center is sufficient.
