Madonas novada psihiatrijas pacientu līdzestība ordinēto medikamentu lietošanā

Abstract

Līdzestība ir abpusēja sadarbība starp ārstniecības speciālistu un pacientu. Ar šī pētījuma palīdzību darba autore pievērš apkārtējo uzmanību šai nopietnajai problēmai, kā arī ir sniegusi risinājumus tās mazināšanai un rādītāju uzlabošanai. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot Madonas novada psihiatrijas pacientu līdzestību ordinēto medikamentu lietošanā. Darba uzdevumi ir izvērtēt un izpētīt dažādus literatūras avotus par līdzestību, analizēt un apkopot informāciju par izplatītākajām psihiatriskajām slimībām un to ārstēšanu, noskaidrot Madonas novada psihitrijas pacientu līdzestību ordinēto medikamentu lietošanā. Pētījumā piedalījās rīcībspējīgi, 18 gadu vecumu sasnieguši psihiatrijas pacienti. Pēc aptaujas rezultātiem ir secināts, ka psihiatrijas pacientu ordinēto medikamentu lietošanas līdzestība balstās uz pacienta un viņa tuvinieku izglītošanu. Autore darba beigās ir izstrādājusi priekšlikumus kā uzlabot pacienta līdzestību.

Compliance is a mutual relationship between a medical practitioner and a patient. Through this study, the author of the work pays attention to this serious problem and has provided solutions to reduce them and improve their results. The aim of the study is to clarify the compliance of patients with psychiatry in administered drugs in Madona municipality. The tasks of the work are to evaluate and investigate different sources of literature on compliance, analyse and collect information on the most common psychiatric diseases and their treatment, and to find out the compliance of patients in Madona municipality in administering medicinal products. The study was conducted in patients with psychiatry aged 18 years or older. The results of the survey conclude that the compliance of medicinal products administered by patients in psychiatry is based on the education of the patient and his or her relatives. At the end of the work, the author has developed proposals to improve patient compliance.
