Pacienta sagatavotība pārejai no stacionārās aprūpes uz ambulatoro aprūpi

Abstract

Šī pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot pacienta sagatavotību pārejai no stacionārās aprūpes uz ambulatoro. Pētījumi liecina, ka 95% pacientu bieži izrakstoties no stacionāra ir nesagatavoti turpmākajai aprūpei un ambulatorai gaitai (Coffey, 2017) 2011. gadā ASV aptuveni 3,3 miljoni pieaugušo ar visa veida sūdzībām pēc 30 dienām tika hospitalizēti. (Mansukhani, Bridgeman, 2015) Pētījumā tika pētīta pacienta sagatavotība aprūpes pārejas posmā no stacionārās aprūpes uz ambulatoro, ņemot vērā to, ka Latgalē aprūpe pārejas posmā no stacionārās uz ambulatoro aprūpi nav izpētīta. Tika izvirzīts pētījuma jautājums- kā pacienti vērtē savu sagatavotību no stacionārās aprūpes uz ambulatoro? Pētījumā tika izmantotā kvantitatīvā metode, ar gatava instrumenta – anketas palīdzību tika noskaidrota pacienta sagatavotība no stacionārās aprūpes uz ambulatoro 100 ambulatoro prakšu pacientiem 10 Latgales reģiona Ģimenes ārstu praksēs. Pēc rezultātu apkopošanas tika noskaidrots, ka lielākā daļa pacientu nav sagatavoti un izglītoti tieši medikamentozajai aprūpei un nozīmēto rekomendāciju nozīmēšana nav pilnībā skaidra un nesaprotama. The aim of this research is to clarify the preparedness of patients for the transition from hospital to outpatient care. Studies show that 95% of patients are often unprepared for further care and outpatient care when they leave the hospital (Coffey, 2017). In 2011, approximately 3.3 million adults in the United States were hospitalized after 30 days with all kinds of com-plaints (Mansukhani, Bridgeman, 2015). The study examined the preparedness of patients for the transition from hospital to outpatient care, taking into account that care in the transition from hospital to outpatient care has not been studied in Latgale. The research question of the thesis is - how do patients assess their preparedness from hospital to outpatient care? The quantitative method was used in the research, with the help of a ready-made tool - a questionnaire, the preparedness of patients from hospital to outpatient care - 100 outpatient practice patients in 10 General Practitioners' practices in Latgale region was clarified. After summarizing the results, it was found that the majority of patients are not prepared and educated specifically for medical care and the assignment of the prescribed recommendations is not completely clear and incomprehensible.
