Pacientu apmierinātība ar sniegto māsas aprūpi internā profila nodaļās

Abstract

Pacientu apmierinātība tiek definēta kā pacienta subjektīvs neokognitīvo un emocionālo reakciju novērtējums, kas rodas mijiedarbības rezultātā starp idejām par ideālu māsu aprūpi un izpratni par faktisko māsu aprūpi. Priekšnoteikums pacienta līdzdalībai medicīniskajā aprūpē ir tas, ka pacients ir apmierināts ar māsu aprūpi. Citiem vārdiem sakot, kopšanas aprūpes kvalitāte ir medicīniskās aprūpes kvalitātes priekšnoteikums. Ir plaši atzīts, ka aprūpe nevar būt kvalitatīva, ja vien pacients ir apmierināts (Koc, Saglam and Senol, 2011) Pētījuma mērķis: noteikt pacientu apmierinātību ar māsas sniegto aprūpi internā profila nodaļās. Pētījuma hipotēze: pacienti ir apmierināti ar sniegto māsas aprūpi internā profila nodaļās. Pētījuma datu iegūšanas instruments: darba autores izveidotā strukturēta anketa, ar kuras palīdzību tiks noskaidrota pacientu apmierinātība ar māsas sniegto aprūpi. Anketā tiek piedāvāti apgalvojumi par māsas sniegto aprūpi, rīcību, spējām un kompetenci, uz kuriem respondenti izvēlas atbilstošu atbildi – vai viņus tas apmierina, drīzāk apmierina, drīzāk neapmierina, vai – grūti pateikt. Apgalvojumi tiek iedalīti pēc konkrēta posma – iestāšanās stacionārā, ārstēšanās laiks, radinieku izglītošana un izrakstīšanās no stacionāra. Anketa ietver sevī arī vispārējo informāciju pirms iestāšanās stacionārā un pirms izrakstīšanās. Pētījumā piedalījās 200 respondentu. Lielākā daļa respondentu (94%) atzīmēja, ka ir pilnībā apmierināti ar māsas sniegtās aprūpes vispārējo kvalitāti, ko saņēma uzturēšanās laikā stacionārā un 92% no respondentiem ieteiktu šo slimnīcu savai ģimenei un draugiem, balstoties uz saņemto kopšanas aprūpi.

The satisfaction of patients defined as subjective neocognitive and emotional evaluation of reactions, which appear in the result of interaction in-between of ideas about perfect nurse care and understanding about the actual nurse care. Precondition of patient participation in medical care that the patient is satisfied with nurse care that provided. In other words, the quality of care is the main precondition of medical care quality. It is widely recognized that care cannot be enough qualitative, if the patient is not satisfied. (Koc, Saglam and Senol, 2011) The aim of the research: to define the satisfaction among the patients with provided nurse care in internal profile departments. The hypothesis of the research: patients are satisfied with provided nurse care in internal profile departments. The data collection tool of the research: the structured questionnaire created by the author of research that will help to clarify patient satisfaction with provided nurse care. In the questionnaire are listed statements about care, action, capabilities and competence provided by nurse from with interviewed choose appropriate answer: whether they are satisfied, rather satisfied, rather dissatisfied, or - difficult to say. Statements divided by certain stage– hospitalization, time of medical treatment, education of relatives and discharge from hospital. This questionnaire consists of general information before hospitalization and before discharge from hospital. In the research participated 200 interviewed Major part of surveyed participants (94%) mentioned that fully satisfied by main provided nurse care quality, which given during hospitalization and 92% from all participants would recommend current hospital to their family and, based on received health care.
