Abstract

Sociālo pakalpojumu un sociālās palīdzības paredzamais nodrošinājums Skrīveru novadā pēc administratīvi teritoriālās reformas. Darbā analizēts Administratīvi teritoriālā reforma, 2009.gada reformas atziņas, reformas būtība, sociālā palīdzība, sociālie pakalpojumi, sociālais darbs pašvaldības, Aizkraukles novada sociālā joma un Skrīveru novada sociālā joma, Skrīveru novada iedzīvotāju sociālās vajadzības, paredzamais sociālo pakalpojumu un sociālās palīdzības nodrošinājums pēc administratīvi teritoriālās reformas. Darba mērķis: Izpētīt paredzamās izmaiņas sociālo pakalpojumu un sociālās palīdzības nodrošinājumā Skrīveru novada iedzīvotājiem pēc administratīvi teritoriālās reformas. Darba uzdevumi: 1. raksturot administratīvi teritoriālās reformas būtību; 2. analizēt sistēmteoriju administratīvi teritoriālās reformas kontekstā; 3. apkopot viedokļus par 2009. gadā īstenoto administratīvi teritoriālās reformu; 4. analizēt sociālo pakalpojumu un sociālās palīdzības nodrošinājumu Skrīveru un Aizkraukles novados; 5. analizēt sociālo atbalstu Aizkraukles novadā pēc administratīvi teritoriālās reformas; 6. izpētīt paredzamās izmaiņas sociālo pakalpojumu un sociālās palīdzības nodrošinājumā Skrīveru novada iedzīvotājiem pēc administratīvi teritoriālās reformas. Darbs satur 78 lapas, 7 tabulas, 5 attēlus, 3 pielikumus, 70 bibliogrāfiskos nosaukumus.

Tasks: 1. to describe the essence of administrative-territorial reform; 2. to analyze system theory in the context of administrative-territorial reform; 3. to gather views on the administrative-territorial reform implemented in 2009; 4. to analyze the provision of social services and social assistance in Skrīveri and Aizkraukle counties; 5. to analyze social support in Aizkraukle region after administrative-territorial reform; 6. to study the expected changes in the provision of social services and social assistance to the residents of Skrīveri municipality after the administrative-territorial reform. The work contains: 78 pages, 7 tables, 5 pictures, 3 attachments, 70 bibliographic titles.
