Aprūpes procesa kavējošie faktori internās māsas darbā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba ietvaros tika veikts pētījums „Aprūpes procesa kavējošie faktori internās māsas darbā.” Aprūpes process ir sistemātisks, balstīta uz medicīnas māsu darbībām pacientam pašreizējo vai iespējamo veselības problēmu diagnosticēšanai un novēršanai, kas veido piecus posmus: pacienta novērtēšana, problēmas noteikšana jeb aprūpes diagnoze, aprūpes plānošana, aprūpes darbība un aprūpes rezultātu izvērtēšana. Šī bakalaura darba mērķis bija noteikt faktorus, kas kavē aprūpes procesu, interno māsu darbā. Pētījuma jautājums bija Kādi faktori kavē aprūpes procesu internās māsas darbā? Pētījuma ietvaros tika izveidota strukturēta aptaujas anketa ar 16 jautājumiem, kuru autors sastādīja pats. Pētījumā piedalījās 100 respondenti vecumā no 20 līdz 60+. Apkopojot aptaujas rezultātus var secināt, ka aprūpes procesu kavē pat vairāki riska faktori. Māsas savā darbavietā ar fizikālajiem riska faktoriem sastopas aptuveni 70% gadījumos, 80% ar ergonomiskajiem riska faktoriem, 80% - 85% ar psihoemocionālo un stresa riska faktorus, 90% ar bioloģiskie riska faktoriem un 85% traumatisma riska faktorus. Riska faktori ir sastopami katrā darbavietā, bet to nenovēršana mazina efektivitāti un rada iespējami lielāku kļūdu risku. Internās māsas par būtisku uzskata, gan aprūpi, gan aprūpes procesa posmus. Katrs no aprūpes procesa posmiem var nest skaidrību darba gaitā vai tieši pretēji kādā gadījumā kaitēt procesa iznākumam. Svarīgs priekšnoteikums ir izpildīt katru aprūpes procesa posmu, pārvarot šķēršļus un grūtības. Līdz ar to būtu vēlams informēt internās māsas, kas veic pacientu aprūpi par iespējām kā mazināt aprūpes procesa kavējošos faktorus. Svarīgi māsai veltīt laiku arī pašrealizācijai un atpūtai.

As part of the bachelor's work, a study was conducted titled “Care Process Delaying Factors in the Nurse's Work.” The care process is a systematic, targeted sister-in-law for diagnosing and tackling people's current or potential health problems, which consists of five phases: assessing the patient, identifying the problem, diagnosis of care, care planning, care activity and evaluating the results of care. The purpose of this bachelor's job was: to identify factors that hinder the care process, in the work of intern nurses. The question of the study was: What factors prevented the process of care in the work of an intern nurse? As part of the study, a structured questionnaire with 16 questions was created, which was drawn up by the author himself. The study involved 100 respondents aged 20 to 60 +. When compiling the results of the survey, it can be concluded that the care process is hampered by even a number of risk factors. Nurses face physical risk factors at their workplace in approximately 70% of cases, 80% with ergonomic risk factors, 80%-85% with psychoemotional and stress risk factors, 90% with biological risk factors and 85% risk factors. Risk factors are present in each workplace, but not addressing them reduces efficiency and creates the greatest possible risk of errors. Internās nurses are considered essential, both in terms of care and in stages of the care process. Each of the stages of the care process can bring clarity in the course of work or, on the contrary, harm the outcome of the process. An important prerequisite is to complete each phase of the care process by overcoming obstacles and difficulties. Consequently, it would be desirable to inform internal nurses who are taking patient care of the possibilities of reducing the lingering factors in the care process. It's important to give her time for self-fulfilment and recreation.
