Pacientu vērtējums par fizioterapijas procesu Rīgas ambulatorā ārstniecības iestādē

Abstract

Darba mērķis ir - noskaidrot pacientu apmierinātības pakāpi, vērtējot fizioterapijas procesu Rīgas ambulātorā ārstniecības iestādē. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika apzināti Rīgas ambulātorās ārstniecības iestādes pacienti, kas ir piedalījušies fizioterapijas procesā attiecīgās iestādes fizioterapeitu vadībā. Tika noskaidrots pacientu vērtējums par fizioterapijas nepieciešamību, procesā izjustajām grūtībām, nodarbību slodzi, gūto labumu un prieku, vēlmi vēlreiz iesaistīties fizioterapijas procesā, kā arī par apmierinātību ar saņemto fizioterapijas procesu. Pētījuma metode ir aptaujas anketa, kurā, pacientam atzīmējot 1-10 ballēs viņaprāt atbilstošāko vērtējumu, jāatbild uz deviņiem jautājumiem. Apkopotie rezultāti sniedz priekšstatu par pacientu vērtējumu par fizioterapijas nepieciešamību, procesā izjustajām grūtībām, nodarbību slodzi, gūto labumu un prieku, vēlmi vēlreiz iesaistīties fizioterapijas procesā, kā arī par apmierinātību ar saņemto fizioterapijas procesu. Kopumā tika anketēti 37 pacienti, vecumā no 18 līdz 89 gadiem. Apkopojot gūtos pētījuma rezultātus, iespējams secināt, ka Rīgas ambulatorās ārstniecības iestādes pacienti fizioterapijas procesu vērtē kā nepieciešamu un noderīgu. Pacienti atzīmē, ka fizioterapijas nodarbības viņiem sagādā prieku un viņi labprāt šajā procesā iesaistītos vēlreiz. Lai gan terapijas procesu pacienti vērtē kā vidēji grūtu un procesa laikā izjūt vidēji mērenas sāpes un diskomfortu, pacienti atzīmē, ka terapijas laikā šādas situācijas tika atbilstoši risinātas. Līdz ar to varam secināt, ka Rīgas ambulatorās ārstniecības iestādes pacienti ir apmierināti ar saņemtajiem fizioterapijas pakalpojumiem.

Title: Patient satisfaction with their physiotherapy process in an outpatient medical facility. Objective: The purpose of this research is to determine the degree of patient satisfaction with the physiotherapy process in a Riga outpatient medical facility. Methods: The main method of the research was a questionnaire consisting of 9 questions. Using a 10-point Likert scale, through the patient survey, the study assessed perceptions of difficulty, exertion, necessity, benefit, of the physiotherapeutic process, as well as enjoyment, satisfaction of the same and desire for more physiotherapy. Results: Participants were patients of the Riga outpatient treatment institution who have participated in the physiotherapy process under the guidance of the physiotherapists of the institution. A total of 37 patients aged 18-89 years were surveyed. Conclusion: Summarizing the obtained research results, it can be concluded that the patients of the Riga outpatient treatment institution evaluate the physiotherapy process as necessary and useful. Patients note that they are happy with the physiotherapy sessions and would like to be involved again. Although patients rate the treatment process as moderately difficult and within it they experience moderate pain or discomfort, patients note that such situations were adequately addressed during the treatment sessions. Thus, we can conclude that the patients of the Riga outpatient treatment institution are satisfied with the physiotherapy services.
