Veselīgu dzemdību jēdziens sieviešu perspektīvā plānotu ārpus stacionāra dzemdību kontekstā

Abstract

Darba nosaukums: Veselīgu dzemdību jēdziens sieviešu perspektīvā plānotu ārpus stacionāra dzemdību kontekstā. Darba mērķis: Noskaidrot sieviešu viedokli par veselīgu dzemdību jēdzienu plānotu ārpus stacionāra dzemdību kontekstā. Ievads un teorētiskais pamatojums: Šī pētījuma ietvaros tiks izmantos jēdziens “veselīgas dzemdības”, jo, neskatoties uz neskaitāmiem pētījumiem un diskusijām, jēdziens “normāls” nav standartizēts. Latvijā, lai arī plānotu ārpus stacionāra dzemdību skaits pēdējo 5 gadu laikā ir bijis tikai 1,2% - 1,5% amplitūdā no visu dzemdību skaita (2018. gadā – 1,5%, 2019. gadā – 1,5%, 2020. gadā – 1,3%, 2021. gadā – 1,4%, 2022. gadā – 1,2% no visām dzemdībām), tomēr tās ir pieprasītas un tiek uztvertas kā alternatīva dzemdībām stacionārā (SPKC, 2022). Sieviešu pieredzes stāsti par dzemdībām ir gan ar pozitīvo, gan negatīvo noskaņu. Tajos parādās atmiņas par dzemdībās piedzīvoto emocionālo vardarbību, tādēļ šī darba ietvaros tiks pētīta sieviešu nostāja par viņu individuālo pieredzi ārpus stacionāra dzemdību laikā, tiks noskaidrots viņu viedoklis par to, kas ir veselīgas dzemdības un kādi faktori sieviešu perspektīvā ietekmē veselīgas dzemdības (RSU, 2023). Pētījuma jautājums: Kāds ir sieviešu viedoklis par veselīgām dzemdībām plānotu ārpus stacionāra dzemdību kontekstā. Pētījuma metode: Kvalitatīvs pētījuma dizains ar daļēji strukturētu interviju, kurai tiek iegūts mērķtiecīgas ērtuma izlases pieredzes stāstījums par konkrēto fenomenu – plānotām ārpus stacionāra dzemdībām. Pētījuma instruments tiek sagatavots, sadarbojoties ar Nordejordemodern projektu. Daļēji strukturētā intervija sastāv no 3 daļām – ievaddaļas, demogrāfisko datu daļas un pamatdaļas. Rezultāti: Sievietes ir apmierinātas ar savu dzemdību vietas izvēli. Viņas apgalvo, ka veselīgu dzemdību konceptu veido mierīgas un harmoniskas dzemdības, bez medicīniskas iejaukšanās. Secinājumi: Komunikācija un savstarpēja cieņa ir panākumu atslēga veselīgām dzemdībām.

Title of paper : The concept of healthy childbirth in the perspective of women in the context of planned out-of-hospital childbirth. Aim of the study : To clarify women's views on the concept of healthy childbirth in the context of planned out-of-hospital childbirth. Introduction and theoretical background: The concept of “healthy childbirth” will be used as a part of this study because, despite numerous studies and discussions, the concept of “normal” is not standardised. In Latvia, although the number of planned out-of-hospital births during the last 5 years has been only 1.2% - 1.5% of all births (2018 g – 1.5%, 2019 g – 1.5%, 2020 g – 1.3%, 2021 g – 1.4%, 2022 g – 1.2% of all births), it nevertheless occupies a significant number and is perceived as an alternative to in-patient births (SPCC, 2022). Women's experience stories are both positive and negative, as well as women's opinions that they have experienced emotional abuse during childbirth are becoming more and more frequent, so this work will explore women's views on their individual experiences outside the hospital during childbirth. Their view on what constitutes healthy birth and what factors influence the concept of healthy birth in the perspective of women will be cleared (RSU, 2023). Research question: What is the view of women on the concept of healthy birth in the context of planned out-of-hospital delivery Research method: A qualitative research design of the study with a partially structured interview, for which a narrative of the experience of a targeted convenience sample is obtained regarding the particular phenomenon - planned out-of-hospital births. The research tool is being prepared in collaboration with the Nordejordemodern project. The semi-structured interview will consist of 3 parts – the introductory part, the demographic part and the core part. Results: Women are happy with their choice of birthing place. They state that a healthy conception of childbirth is shaped by calm and harmonious childbirth, without medical intervention.
