Abstract

Nosaukums Vecmāšu pieredze par grūtnieču aprūpi ar medicīniski asistētu grūtniecību. Ievads un teorētiskais pamatojums Mūsdienās medicīniski asistēta grūtniecība (MAG) kļūst arvien plašāk pielietota un pētīta, bet latviešu valodā pieejamā literatūra ir ierobežota. No 2012.gada Latvijā sākās valsts apmaksāta neauglības diagnosticēšana un ar to saistītie medicīniskie aprūpes pakalpojumi. Vecmātes arvien biežāk saskaras ar pāriem, kas neauglību ārstējuši ar reproduktīvo tehnoloģiju palīdzību. Mērķis Izpētīt, kāda ir vecmāšu pieredze aprūpējot grūtnieces ar medicīniski asistētu grūtniecību. Pētījuma jautājums Kāda ir vecmāšu pieredze aprūpējot grūtnieces ar medicīniski asistētu grūtniecību? Metodoloģija Darba autore pētījuma ietvaros veic padziļinātu zinātniskās literatūras izpēti par izvirzīto tēmu. Tiek veikts kvalitatīvs fenomenoloģijas pētījums ar daļēji strukturētu intervijas metodi. Autore intervē piecas vecmātes un ievāc datus, veic informācijas kopsavilkumu un datu analīzi. Rezultāti un secinājumi Vecmātes regulāri vairāku speciālistu komandā aprūpē grūtnieces ar MAG. Lielākoties MAG aprūpe neatšķīrās un vecmāšu attieksme nemainījās no spontāni iestājušās grūtniecības, neņemot vērā reproduktīvo tehnoloģiju galējības. Tika novērots augstāks stresa līmenis MAG gan pacientam, gan vecmātei, tāpēc vecmātes veltīja paaugstinātu uzmanību grūtnieču psihoemocionālajam stāvoklim, nodrošinot papildus izmeklējumus un biežākas konsultācijas. Lai saglabātu holistiku aprūpi un kompetenci, vecmātes regulāri papildināja zināšanas neauglības un MAG jautājumos. Struktūra: Darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām un 17 apakšnodaļām, 1 attēla, 1 tabulas, 3 pielikumiem un 24 informācijas avotiem. Darba apjoms ir 30 lappuses, kopumā 43 lappuses.

Title Midwives experience on care of pregnant woman with medically asissted pregnancy. Introduction and background Nowadays, medically assisted pregnancy, more commonly known in literature as assisted reproductive technology (ART), is becoming increasingly widely used and researched, but the literature available in Latvian is limited. Since 2012, state-paid infertility diagnostics and related medical care services began in Latvia. Midwives are increasingly dealing with couples who have treated infertility with the help of reproductive technologies. Objective To explore midwives` experiences on caring for pregnant women with medically asissted pregnancy. Methodology The Author of the research conducts an in-depth analysis of scientific literature about the proposed topic. A qualitative phenomenological study is conducted with a semi-structured interview method. The Author interviews five midwives and collects data, summarizes information, and analyzes data. Results and conclusion Midwives regularly care for pregnant women with ART as part of a team of several specialists. Mostly, the care for ART did not differ and the midwives` attitude did not change from a spontaneously occurring pregnancy, except for the extremes of reproductive technology. A higher level of stress was observed in MAP for both the patient and the midwife, so midwives paid increased attention to the pregnant women`s psycho-emotional state, providing additional examinations and more frequent consultations. To maintain holistic care and competence, midwives regularly updated their knowledge on infertility and ART issues. Structure: The thesis consists of four chapters and 17 subsections, 1 image, 1 table, and 24 sources of information. The volume of the work is 30 pages, 43 pages in total.
