Sistemātisks literatūras pārskats: biežāk lietotās terapijas metodes runas traucējumu rehabilitācijai pacientiem ar Parkinsona slimību

Abstract

Parkinsona slimība ir progresīva slimība, ko izraisa centrālās nervu sistēmas deģenerācija. Parkinsona slimības gadījumā var būt traucēta runas funkcija – balss kļūst monotona, klusa vai saspringta, mainās runas temps un parādās neprecīza izruna. Runas traucējumu rehabilitācijai ir pieejamas dažādas terapijas metodes. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kādas ir biežāk lietotās terapijas metodes runas traucējumu rehabilitācijā pacientiem ar Parkinsona slimību. Pētījuma dizains ir sistemātisks literatūras pārskats. Pētījumi tika atlasīti no četrām datubāzēm, balstoties uz Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) vadlīnijām un izmantojot atslēgas vārdus, un iekļaušanas kritērijus. Kopumā pārskatā tika iekļauti 17 pētījumi, kuru kvalitāte tika vērtēta izmantojot Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) kritiskās novērtēšanas instrumentus. Atlasītajos pētījumos tika pieminētas septiņas terapijas metodes. Pacientiem ar Parkinsona slimību biežāk lietotā terapijas metode bija LSVT LOUD, kas tika pieminēta 11 pētījumos. Otra biežāk lietotā terapijas metode bija LSVT ARTIC, kas tika pieminēta trīs pētījumos.

Parkinson's disease is a progressive disease caused by degeneration of the central nervous system. In the case of Parkinson's disease, the speech function may be impaired - voice becomes monotonous, quiet, or strained, pace of speech changes and imprecise pronunciation appears. Various therapy methods are available for the rehabilitation of speech disorders. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out the most commonly used therapy methods for the rehabilitation of speech disorders in patients with Parkinson's disease. The research design is a systematic literature review. Studies were selected from four databases, based on PRISMA guidelines, keywords and inclusion criteria. 17 studies were included in the review and critically appraised using the JBI critical appraisal tools. Seven treatment methods were mentioned in the selected studies. In patients with Parkinson's disease, the most frequently used treatment method was LSVT LOUD, which was mentioned in 11 studies. The second most frequently used treatment method was LSVT ARTIC, which was mentioned in three studies.
