Sociālais darbs ar bērniem ar uzvedības traucējumiem

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs “Sociālais darbs ar bērniem, ar uzvedības traucējumiem” izstrādāts ar mērķi izpētīt, kā ģimenes, kurās ir sākumskolas vecuma bērni ar uzvedības traucējumiem, izjūt sociālā darba atbalstu un novērtē savu iesaisti bērna izaugsmē un attīstībā. Pētījumā tiek rasta atbilde pētījuma jautājumu, kādi ir sociālā darbinieka sociālpedagoģiskā darba izaicinājumi darbā ar ģimenēm, kurās ir bērniem ar uzvedības traucējumiem. Darba teorētiskā daļa sastāv no trīs nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā ir sniegts sociālā darba un tā specifikas raksturojums izglītības iestādē, uzsverot vienu no profesijas standartā noteiktajām sociālā darbinieka funkcijām – sociālpedagoģisko funkciju; otrā nodaļa ir veltīta sākumskolas vecuma bērnu iespējamo uzvedības traucējumu raksturojumam, to izpausmēm un uzvedības traucējumus ietekmējošajiem faktoriem; trešajā nodaļā raksturota iekļaujošās izglītības problemātika izglītības iestādēs, akcentēta ģimenes loma un iesaistes nozīme bērna ar uzvedības traucējumiem audzināšanā, kā arī aprakstīta sociālā darba loma iekļaujošas vides un mācību nodrošināšanā. Bakalaura darba praktiskajā daļā, atbilstoši izvirzītajam pētījuma mērķim un pētījuma jautājumiem, izmantojot kvantitatīvo pieeju, izstrādāta un aprobēta daļēji strukturēta aptaujas anketa ar slēgta un atvērta tipa jautājumiem, aptaujāti ģimeņu pārstāvji (n=43), kas audzina bērnus kuriem diagnosticēti uzvedības traucējumi. Anketā ietvertie aspekti: bērna uzvedības raksturojums un izpausmes, ģimenes dinamika un tās pārstāvju izpratne par uzvedības traucējumiem, sociālā darba pienesums uzvedības traucējumu koriģēšanā, profesionāļu sniegtais atbalsts un pakalpojumu efektivitāte. Analizēti aptaujas anketas rezultāti, izteikti priekšlikumi un ierosinājumi. Pētījumā secināms, ka uzvedības traucējumu attīstība un koriģēšana ir saistīta ar vairākiem ģimenes attiecību dinamikas faktoriem, to savukārt ietekmē vecāku personības, ģimenes emocionālais un materiālais līdzsvars, kā arī bērna paša īpašības. Sociālā darbinieka pozitīvas sadarbības veicināšana ar ģimeni atvieglo bērna uzvedības traucējumu koriģēšanu. Tomēr ir jāņem vērā arī sociālā darbinieka pieejamība un resursi dažādās teritorijās. Pētījums norāda uz sociālo darbinieku trūkumu izglītības iestādēs lauku reģionos. Darbs sastāv no – 57 lapaspusēm, tajā ir 1 pielikums un 50 literatūras avoti. The bachelor's thesis "Social work with children with behavioral disorders" was developed with the aim of studying how families with primary school-age children with behavioral disorders feel the support of social work and evaluate their involvement in the child's growth and development. The research finds an answer to the research question, what are the challenges of the social worker's socio-pedagogical work in working with families with children with behavioral disorders. The theoretical part of the work consists of three chapters. The first chapter provides a description of social work and its specifics in an educational institution, emphasizing one of the functions of a social worker defined in the professional standard - the social-pedagogical function; the second chapter is devoted to the characteristics of possible behavioral disorders of primary school children, their manifestations and factors affecting behavioral disorders; the third chapter describes the problems of inclusive education in educational institutions, emphasizes the role of the family and the importance of involvement in raising a child with behavioral disorders, as well as describes the role of social work in providing an inclusive environment and learning. In the practical part of the bachelor's work, in accordance with the set research goal and research questions, using a quantitative approach, a semi-structured questionnaire with closed and open-ended questions was developed and approved, representatives of families (n=43) who raise children diagnosed with behavioral disorders were interviewed. Aspects included in the questionnaire: characteristics and manifestations of the child's behavior, family dynamics and the understanding of its representatives about behavioral disorders, the contribution of social work in correcting behavioral disorders, the support provided by professionals and the effectiveness of services. The results of the survey questionnaire were analyzed, proposals and suggestions were made. The study concludes that the development and correction of behavioral disorders is related to several factors of the dynamics of family relationships, which in turn are influenced by the parents, the family's emotional and material balance, as well as the child's own charac-teristics. Encouraging the social worker's positive cooperation with the family facilitates the correction of the child's behavioral disorders. However, social worker availability and resources in different areas must also be taken into account. The study indicates a shortage of social work-ers in educational institutions in rural regions.
