Veselības aprūpes problēmas pacientiem ar adipozitāti Latvijas slimnīcu intensīvās terapijas nodaļās

Abstract

Anotācija RSU studiju programmas “Ārsta palīgs” studenta Deivida Riekstiņa kvalifikācijas darbs “Veselības aprūpes problēmas pacientiem ar adipozitāti Latvijas slimnīcu intensīvās terapijas nodaļās”. Pētījuma mērķis: Noskaidrot biežākās aprūpes problēmas ar kādiem saskarās intensīvās terapijas personāls Latvijas slimnīcās. Pētījuma uzdevumi: Noskaidrot pētījuma dalībnieku viedokli par adipozu pacientu aprūpi, pētījuma dalībnieku ieteikumus adipozu pacientu aprūpē, adipozu pacientu aprūpes problēmas dažādās intensīvās terapijas nodaļās Latvijā un salīdzināt adipozu pacientu aprūpes problēmas dažādās intensīvās terapijas nodaļās Latvijā. Pētījuma metode: Kvalitatīvs, fenomenoloģiskā dizaina pētījums ar interviju. Pētījumā brīvprātīgi piedalījās 17 respondenti, kas strādā intensīvās terapijas nodaļās Latvijā. Pētījuma dalībnieki tika intervēti slimnīcu telpās. Intervijas tika ierakstītas ar diktofonu. Kvalifikācijas darbs sastāv no teorētiskās daļas un praktiskās daļas. Kvalifikācijas darba teorētiskajā daļa ir aprakstīta adipozitāte kā slimība un intensīvās terapijas nodaļas izaicinājumi un risinājumi, aprūpējot adipozus. Veicot pētījumu tika secināts, ka visbiežākās problēmas adipozu pacientu aprūpē ir izsutumi ādas krokās, starpenes higiēna un pacienta transportēšana no vienas gultas uz otru. Adipozu pacientu stacionēšanas biežums intensīvās terapijas nodaļa ir liels. Nepieciešami vairāki uzlabojumi, lai nodrošinātu optimāli aprūpi adipoziem pacientiem. Kvalifikācijas darbu veido 6 daļas, 6 secinājumi. Darba apjoms ir 78 lapaspuses. Iekļauta 1 tabula, 1 attēls un 17 tanskribētās intervijās. Izmantotas literatūras un avotu sarakstā ietverti 34 avoti angļu valodā. Atslēgas vārdi – adipozitāte, intensīvās terapijas nodaļa, aprūpes problēmas.

Abstract

The qualification thesis "Problems of health care for patients with adiposity in the intensive care units of Latvian hospitals" by Deivids Riekstiņš, a student of the RSU study program "Physician's Assistant". The purpose of the study: To find out the most frequent care problems faced by intensive care personnel in Latvian hospitals. Tasks of the study: To find out the opinion of the study participants about the care of obese patients, the recommendations of the study participants in the care of obese patients, the problems of caring for obese patients in different intensive care units in Latvia and to compare the problems of caring for obese patients in different intensive care units in Latvia. Research method: Qualitative, phenomenological design study with interview. 17 respondents who work in intensive care units in Latvia participated voluntarily in the study. The study participants were interviewed in the hospital premises. The interviews were recorded with a voice recorder. The qualification work consists of a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part of the qualification thesis describes adiposity as a disease and the challenges and solutions of the intensive care unit in the care of adiposes. During the research, it was concluded that the most common problems in the care of adipose patients are rashes in skin folds, perineal hygiene and transporting the patient from one bed to another. The frequency of hospitalization of obese patients in the intensive care unit is high. Several improvements are needed to provide optimal care for obese patients The qualification work consists of 6 parts, 6 conclusions. The volume of the work is 78 pages. Includes 1 table, 1 figure, and 17 transcribed interviews. The list of used literature and sources includes 34 sources in English. Key words – adiposity, intensive care unit, care problems.
