Eirāzisma ideju izpausmes Krievijas ārpolitikā ar robežvalstīm Austrumeiropā periodā no 2014. līdz 2022. gadam

Abstract

Periodu no 2014. gada līdz 2022. gadam, Austrumeiropas valstis sagaidīja ar nepatīkamu pārsteigumu. Kaut gan tām bija zināms, ka Krievija nav vismiermīlīgākā kaimiņvalsts, tām bija grūti paredzēt, ka Maskava uzdrošināsies uz ievērojamu agresijas izrādīšanu Eiropā, kura desmitgadēm ilgi tika uzskatīta kā sadarbības un miermīlīgu attiecību epicentrs. Tiesa, tas bija iespējams. Krievijā darbojās liels skaits ietekmīgu un populāru teorētiķu, kuri cītīgi un neslēpjot apgalvoja, ka Krievijai ir jāīsteno agresivitāte, lai sasniegtu vēlamos mērķus. Viens no šiem teorētiķiem bija Aleksandrs Dugins, kurš nāca klājā ar ievērojamu darbu par vēlamajām eirāzisma idejām Krievijai. Tās priekš Austrumeiropas bija nelabvēlīgas. Līdz ar to, rodās darba nosaukums: “Eirāzisma ideju izpausmes Krievijas ārpolitikā ar robežvalstīm Austrumeiropā periodā no 2014. līdz 2022. gadam.” Izvirzītā hipotēze - Krievijas ārpolitikā ar robežvalstīm Austrumeiropā periodā no 2014. līdz 2022. gadam ir novērojamas eirāzisma idejas. Lai to sasniegtu, tiks veikta Krievijas ārpolitikas analīze un eirāzisma ideju identifikācija tajā. Krievijas ārpolitikas analīzē tiks iekļautas gan pašas ārpolitiskās rīcības, lai tajās identificētu eirāzisma ideju esamību un ietekmi, gan Krievijas augstāko amatpersonu izteiktos komentārus, kuri atspoguļotu Krievijas pozīciju. Pētījuma darbs tiek sadalīts trīs nodaļās. Pirmajā nodaļā tiks izskatīta un aprakstīta sociālā konstruktīvisma teorija, kuras pamatidejas tiks izmantotas turpmākā pētījuma ietvaros. Otrajā nodaļā, tiks sniegts plašāks konteksts par eirāzisma vispārējo nozīmi, galveno mērķi un idejām, un Krievijas attiecību raksturojums ar pētījumā izvēletajām valstīm. Trešajā nodaļā tiks veikts eirāzisma ideju apraksts individuāli pret pētījuma valstīm, Krievijas ārpolitikas pētījums, identificētas iespējamās eirāzisma ideju izpausmes un analīze, lai noskaidrotu vai šīs idejas var tikt saistītas ar eirāzismu. Tika secināts, ka Krievijas ārpolitikā ar robežvalstīm Austrumeiropā periodā no 2014. gada līdz 2022. gadam, ir identificējamas vairāku Aleksandra Dugina eirāzismu ideju izpausmes. Tās ir atrodamas gan pašā Krievijas ārpolitikā, kā eirāzisma ideju realizēšana vai tiekšanās pēc to īstenošanas, gan arī augstāko Krievijas amatpersonu sacītajos vārdos, kuri atspoguļo Krievijas ārpolitisko nostāju un pielieto eirāzisma idejas, lai to pamatotu.

The period from 2014 to 2022 was met with an unpleasant surprise for Eastern European countries. Although they knew that Russia was not the most peaceful neighbour, it was difficult for them to predict that Moscow would dare to make a significant show of aggression in Europe which for decades has been seen as the epicentre of cooperation and peaceful relations. Although, it was possible. There were a large number of influential and popular theoreticians in Russia who argued determinately and without concealment that Russia had to be aggressive in order to achieve its desired goals. One of these theoreticians was Alexander Dugin, who came out with a major work on the desirability of Eurasianism ideas for Russia. These were unfavourable to Eastern Europe. Thus, the title of the thesis was establishes: “Ideas of Eurasianism in Russia’s Foreign Policy With Eastern European Border Countries in the Period From 2014 to 2022.” The hypothesis put forward is that Eurasianist ideas can be found in Russia's foreign policy with the bordering countries in Eastern Europe in the period from 2014 to 2022. To achieve this, an analysis of Russian foreign policy and identification of Eurasianist ideas in it will be carried out. The analysis of Russian foreign policy will include both the foreign policy actions themselves in order to identify the presence and influence of Eurasianism ideas, and the comments made by senior Russian officials reflecting the Russian foreig position. The research work is divided into three chapters. The first chapter will examine and describe the theory of social constructivism, the main ideas of which will be used in the following research. In the second chapter, a broader context will be provided on the general meaning, main purpose and ideas of Eurasianism and Russia’s relationship with selected countries. In the third chapter, a description of the ideas of Eurasianism will be made individually in relation to the each country, a study of Russian foreign policy, identification of possible ideas of Eurasianism and an analysis of whether these ideas can be linked to Eurasianism. It was concluded that in Russia's foreign policy with the border countries in Eastern Europe in the period from 2014 to 2022, several Alexander Dugin's Eurasianism ideas can be identified. They can be found both in Russian foreign policy itself, as the realisation or attempt of realisation of Eurasianism ideas, and in the words of senior Russian officials, who reflect Russia's foreign policy stance and use Eurasianism ideas to justify it.
