Ģimenes perfekcionisma saistība ar ģeneralizēto trauksmi un pašvērtējumu

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis bija noskaidrot, vai pastāv saistība starp ģimenes perfekcionismu, ģeneralizēto trauksmi un pašvērtējumu. Tika izvirzīti četri pētījuma jautājumi: Vai pastāv saistība starp ģimenes perfekcionismu, ģeneralizēto trauksmi un pašvērtējumu?, Vai ģimenes perfekcionisms prognozē pašvērtējumu?, Vai ģimenes perfekcionisms prognozē ģeneralizēto trauksmi?, Vai pašvērtējums prognozē ģeneralizēto trauksmi? Kopumā pētījumā piedalījās 122 latviski runājoši respondenti (63,9% sievietes), vecumā no 18 līdz 40 gadiem (M = 27,02, SD = 6,69). Aptauju aizpildīja 126 respondenti, taču tikai izslēgti 4 dalībnieki, jo bija ārpus norādītā vecuma. Pētījumā tika izmantota Ģimenes perfekcionisma skala (Family Almost Perfect Scale; FAPS; Wang, 2010, latviešu valodā adaptāciju veica Āboliņa, Jokste, 2021), Ģeneralizēta trauksmes aptauja -7 (Generalized anxiety disorder scale, GAD-7; Spitzer, R. L., Kroenke, K.,Williams, J. B. W., & Löwe, B. 2006), latviešu valodā adaptēja Vrublevska, J., Renemane, L., Kivite, Urtane, A., & Rancans, E. (2022) un M. Rozenberga pašvērtējuma-pašcieņas skala (Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale; SES, 1965). Latviešu valodas versiju adaptējusi A.Miltuze (1996). Dati tika ievākti elektroniski, izmantojot mājaslapu google forms. Dalība bija brīvprātīga, bez nekāda veida atalgojuma. Dalībnieki pirms aptaujas aizpildes tika informēti par datu apstrādi, anonimitātes saglabāšanu un datu izmantošanas mērķi, tika iegūta dalībnieku informētā piekrišana. Rezultāti norādīja, ka nepastāv statistiski nozīmīga saistība starp ģimenes perfekcionismu un ģeneralizēto trauksmi, un pašvērtējumu, taču pastāv saistība starp atsevišķiem šiem mainīgajiem, kā piemēram, ģeneralizēto trauksmi un pašvērtējumu. Šie secinājumi var kalpot kā pamats turpmākiem pētījumiem un attīstības virzieniem, piemēram, tie varētu radīt jaunas hipotēzes par ģimenes dinamiku un emocionālo labklājību vai izraisīt interesi par papildu izpēti citās demogrāfiskajās grupās vai kultūrās, kā arī iegūtais atziņu loks par ģimenes perfekcionismu un tā saistību ar trauksmi un pašvērtējumu var veicināt labāku sapratni par indivīdu emocionālo labklājību un veicināt intervences, kas vērstas uz šīs labklājības uzlabošanu gan individuālā, gan kopējā līmenī. The aim of the bachelor’s thesis was to find out whether there is a relationship between family perfectionism, generalized anxiety and self-esteem. Four research questions were posed: Is there a relationship between family perfectionism, generalized anxiety and self-esteem?, Does family perfectionism predict self-esteem?, Does family perfectionism predict generalized anxiety?, Does self-esteem predict generalized anxiety? In total, 122 Latvian - speaking respondents (63,9% women) aged 18 to 40 participated in the study (M = 27.02, SD = 6.69). The survey was completed by 126 respondents, but 4 participants were excluded because they were outside the specified age. The study used the Family Almost Perfect Scale (FAPS; Wang, 2010, adaptation in Latvian by Āboliņa, Jokste, 2021), Generalized anxiety disorder scale -7 (GAD-7) Spitzer, R. L., Kroenke, K., Williams, J. B. W., & Löwe, B. (2006), adapted into Latvian by Vrublevska, J., Renemane, L., Kivite, Urtane, A., & Rancans, E. (2022) and M. Rozenberg's self- self-esteem scale (Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale; SES, 1965). The Latvian version was adapted by A. Miltuze (1996). Data were collected electronically using the google forms website. Participation was voluntary, without any kind of remuneration. Before filling out the survey, participants were informed about data processing, anonymity and the purpose of data use, participants' informed consent was obtained. The results indicated that there was no statistically significant relationship between family perfectionism and generalized anxiety and self-esteem, but there was a relationship between some of these variables, such as generalized anxiety and self-esteem. These findings may serve as a basis for future research and development, such as generating new hypotheses about family dynamics and emotional well-being, or sparking interest in further research in other demographic groups or cultures, as well as the resulting body of knowledge about family perfectionism and its relationship to anxiety. and self-assessment can contribute to a better understanding of individuals' emotional well-being and facilitate interventions aimed at improving these well - being at both individual and collective levels Key words: perfectionism, family perfectionism, family, parents, generalized anxiety disorder, self-esteem.
